Hamptons Veterinary Clinic | Lot Download

I love playing with the cats and dogs pack, and still to this day I have never come across a CC veterinary clinic so here we are

Originally built for personal gameplay, hence the custom signs that say 'hamptons veterinary clinic'. I have added on extra swatches to the sign and banner that just say 'veterinary clinic' as I am aware we all have brindleton bay set as different themed areas!

Also includes recolours of the play tunnels which are exclusive to this build and will not be getting released otherwise so enjoy!

Built on the 40x30 lot in sable square brindleton bay

Some CC is included, including my own personal CC that I created for the build!

I also decided to include my own personal recolours of the vets outfit as I did intend on keeping them private, available in two swatches for the male and female frame. Photo included to show what they look like
