Hey guys!
If you thought I vanished I didn’t. I’m just living in “delivery-samurai mode,” where days blend into one long “okay, fine, one more order and then I’ll go home.” Sorry I haven’t been answering quickly, my time right now feels like a phone battery stuck at 1% - technically alive, but not really functioning. I promise to catch up on all messages tomorrow.
❗️If you had something important, please resend it, because my brain’s basically an inbox full of chaos, hope, and a couple of lost emails.
I’m okay, just stuck in this lovely loop of “working to work.” Yesterday, for example, I work from 10 AM to 9 PM and made 56$ 🥲
I came home so dead that I passed out on the couch fully dressed, like an NPC someone forgot to shut off.
I stopped at nine because I suddenly realized I was starting the car in third gear and forgetting the handbrake, which is usually a good moment to ask yourself if you’re still safe to operate anything more complex than a spoon.
There’s barely any time left for art, and yes, it hurts. But for now, reality is reality: I have to prioritize whatever brings in at least some income. I hope you understand and stay with me through this weird, heavy chapter. Your support means a lot right now 🩷
Some good news: 2026 calendars are coming.
Since my Instagram is still exiled to the shadow realm, I’ll be taking orders directly and printing exactly the amount you guys truly want. I’m changing the format this year, can’t reveal how yet, because I’m not sure I can pull it off, but I hope you’ll like it.
If you definitely want a calendar, please let me know so I know how many to print and don’t end up living in a fortress of cardboard boxes.
Less fun news: stress decided one battlefield wasn’t enough and gifted me a lovely dermatitis all over my face. I’ve seen a doctor and started treatment, but no major improvements yet.
And the biggest news: my landlady is selling the apartment. I have about a month to move out.
This hit harder than I expected - Warsaw is expensive like every square meter is sprinkled with gold dust. And my little flat was a miracle: central location, an amazing landlady, and a price that made people say “you seriously lucked out.”
But fairytales end, and I’m back to the quest “find a place to live without selling a kidney.”
Am I scared? Yes.
Will it be stupidly expensive? Also yes.
But… I weirdly trust that the universe won’t drop me. That it’ll throw me something strange but good, like it always does.
If you’re curious, I can show you the apartments I’ll be viewing. We can pick my new place together, like a low-budget episode of “Dream Apartment but Reality Slapped.”
Overall, I’m not as overwhelmed as I thought I’d be. This year really toughened my skin, I’m reacting less to setbacks and believing more that something good is ahead.
I’ll get through this. I’ll beat this level.
I’ll grab the XP, learn the lesson, and move on, because my life may come with boss fights, but I’m annoyingly persistent.
