Making Things Right — June Refunds & Community Update
Hi everyone,
First, we want to say it again clearly: we are sincerely sorry that no work progressed during June, and that we went silent without giving you any notice beforehand. You have every right to be upset, and we will humbly accept any criticism you have. We know that an apology alone doesn't make up for a month of silence.
So we'd like to make things right where we can. If you would like a refund for your June payment, please submit a refund request through your Billing History on Patreon (or send us a direct message), and we will process it — no questions asked.
We also know that what many of you want most is more frequent communication from us. Going forward, we will do our best to share progress updates more regularly alongside development — even brief ones — so you're never left wondering what's happening. Thank you to everyone who has waited for us and shared your honest thoughts; we intend to repay your patience with our work.
Lastly, we have an update regarding our community spaces. One of our supporters, Mr.B Gaming, has kindly created a fan Discord server and will be running it. After discussing it internally, we've decided to close the Patreon group chat and let the community gather there instead. Please note that the server is managed by Mr.B Gaming rather than by us directly — we have joined the server and will stop by to check in from time to time, but all official announcements and development updates will continue to be posted here on Patreon.

I think we can all agree that we don't need a refund; we just need a small update—whether it's a health update or a game status update. We would just like to know what's going on before subscribers start coming up with conspiracy theories. Take it easy, and we wish you the best for your health and peace of mind. There is no point in playing a rushed game over a polished one, and that takes time and dedication. So, don't push yourselves too hard. If you are feeling overwhelmed, just take a break. Thank you for your hard work, and please prioritize your health.
We are really looking forward to the game and can wait a little longer. However, if any special circumstances arise, such as "I have had enough rest and will resume development" or "My health has deteriorated and I need a break," we would appreciate it if you could let us know, even briefly. Waiting without any news is much harder than you might think.
I'm not really interested in a refund, but I won't renew my subscription until the new version comes out. Let's hope everything goes well. (Sorry, I don't speak English, so I'm using a translator.)

Definitely agreed that you need to communicate more. A simple message like "Currently sick, progress slowed." eases the mind of everyone: in military there is a saying that "the worst thing possible is uncertainty".

Yeah 1 month isn't a suuuper biggy. But yeah just keep the peeps informed. 1 month is small for some creators I follow. I had no qualms. But if you leave patreon that would be shit. I'll have to figure out where subscriptions and such go.

We don't really need a refund; we just ask that you don't stay silent. If there are any health issues or project problems, please inform the fans immediately, instead of choosing to remain silent. That way, we can know that we are placing our trust in a promising project that lives up to everyone's expectations.
