I took ( and then found I didn't really have to take ) the Washington State mixology class. Taught you nothing about making fine mixed drinks. It was mostly about when to cut people off. I was legally allow to serve in the state of WA but only used it once. I can vouch for the statement "People manage to get hurt or killed even if they aren't driving home." One office party the company founder and the CEO made absolutely sure someone took a cab home. They broke a leg going down the stairs to their apartment.
