Ngl I feel like Iris could be a good cemetery caretaker. Not because "grahhhh, hate people" but because she has experience in groundskeeping (she worked as a college groundskeeper), it's a job where you don't need to talk to a lot of people (and most people don't want to talk to anyone when they're there), it's usually pretty chill/contemplative. I've done it as volunteer work (my dad is the groundskeeper at a very small, very local, rural cemetery and I help him) and my sister did it for a job for a while before she became a barista and then a dog groomer.
Plus I feel like little miss Crunchy Granola Girl/Hippie Child Willow would think it was a sweet/cute/important job which we all know would be another reason Iris would do it.
