I mentioned this on one of your posts in your absence (can't find where anymore), but I've had an issue in CAS I discovered while patching, so modless. I haven't taken the time to reinstall the game fresh as a test, but I DID repair. I also reached out to Waffle regarding it but I think I went unnoticed everywhere. "I noticed something extra to test once I was fiddling, but as I kept purging, the issue remained. Turns out, with nothing but my Resource file (aka, no mods), swapping the Gender of a Sim........ causes it to pop out of sync with the gender submenu settings. When I swap to female from a generated male, it stays male. And any subsequent flipflop has the opposite gender's "default" settings. Not sure what that's about! Should I report this to the forums? I haven't reported a bug in gods know how long... Prolly since they forced the EA App onto us. Clicking on the Sim randomizer, the resulting Sim would have the logical "defaults" in the submenu. But swapping their gender would yet again throw it out of sync. Now, it doesn't do the actual visible changes, like changing the frame or whatnot. The sim being set to male with out of sync settings would still "look male" as far as the game views it. But... not sure how certain things would react under the hood, like pregnancy, urinating, etc. Since you are the majestic being that has so much experience with the terrible experience that is CAS, I thought I'd let you know and see what you think? Your insight is always super helpful. What do you think? The last time I've had to report issues I believe was with how BROKEN the "stay offline" portion was on EA App (once it was introduced, before that I was complaining that there SHOULD BE THE FUNCTION given the Origin app did that very well). To this day I don't like the functionality still... And I remember someone trying to get into a tiff with me, somehow regarding gender norms I think? I just remember like "nope this guy is going to trigger me I'm out". I'm trans, and go through phases where I'm way more sensitive to people in more open spaces' feedback. So this very specific potential bug is uh... not a great one to open myself up for on the forum. Any suggestions on anything else I can test on my end to see if somehow it's my installation?
