🐞 I was being a Dodo about the radio stations not working, but this is totes real. Sims can't sleep while listening to the Nature Soundscapes radio station, and it's because EAxis coded the radio station improperly. It's a simple fix. It's literally a few lines of code that they "forgot" to omit.

🕒 However, I'm considering doing a mod that allows Sims to sleep with the radio on, by removing those lines of code from all radio stations. A mod like this already exists from someone else, I'm just not sure who exactly. I'll take a look. I'll either "XTKO" or "TUNO" this.

🦄 I have a form of tinnitus ("phantom" ringing in the ear - it's common) and I cannot sleep properly without some kind of external sound to offset it. Whether it's music or just the hum of a fan, there must be something. Silence is torture for me, because the quieter it gets is the louder my tinnitus gets. It gets so loud that it even drowns out my internal monologue. Can you imagine how horrible it is to feel like you're being smothered by a sound that no one else hears or even believes is real? Ignorance causes isolation. When I was a kid I didn't really talk about it because no one really believed me. I've wanted to do this mod for a while, but I haven't been "playing", so it hasn't been a priority. Lots of projects haven't been a priority because I haven't been "playing, but I'd like to "play" sometime soon!
