πΉοΈ I haven't really "played" the game since Jan-Feb 2024. I would like to play sometime this year, but to do that, I need to rebuild/finish some of my many PENDING projects, and this is one of them.
πΈ The Eye Presets featured in my screenshots are for Feminine Frame.
β // β TOTES "SIMPLE" GFCO DESCRIPTION:
This is a very personalized project.
This significantly reduces the randomization pool for Eyes Presets to only those Eyes Presets that don't use the old "EAxis Eyes Preset Eyelashes" and that "don't look wonky" to me.
No Eyes Presets are removed, they've just had their randomization disabled.
There are (125) Eyes CAS Presets:
Feminine Frame Sims (x69)
Masculine Frame Sims (x56)
First, I reordered them into the (1+5=6) "Archetype" groups, in alphabetical order:
Generic -- There are (4) "generic" Eyes Presets for Masculine Frame Sims.
African
Asian
Caucasian
Middle Eastern
Native American
Then, I reordered each of those groups into (3) sub-groups, where applicable:
Has EAxis Eyelashes [NO] + Hella Wonky [NO]
Has EAxis Eyelashes [NO] + Hella Wonky [YES]
Has EAxis Eyelashes [YES]
Finally, I fine-tuned the randomization for each Eyes Preset in each sub-group:
Has EAxis Eyelashes [NO] + Hella Wonky [NO] = "ChanceForRandom" [YES]
Has EAxis Eyelashes [NO] + Hella Wonky [YES] = "ChanceForRandom" [NO]
Has EAxis Eyelashes [YES] = "ChanceForRandom" [NO]
β // β D.I.Y. FRIENDLY:
To make this as D.I.Y.-Friendly as possible, I fine-tuned every "DisplayIndex" and reordered every "CAS Preset" resource in my PACKAGES, so that the order of the "CAS Preset" resources perfectly matches the custom order of the Eyes Presets in CAS.
You can "Windowed Fullscreen" your game, pop open my PACKAGES in Sims 4 Studio, and D.I.Y. the "ChanceForRandom" setting for each Eyes Preset however you like, if you so desire.
