🎁 [BG+] Tuning Overrides - Wants & WhimSets

This is a very personalized project that might expand to cover all WhimSets and create new WhimSets one day. My goal isn't to make Wants more fulfilling or immersive yet, I just want them to be less arse. I work on this on the side while I'm doing other things.

My WhimSets work best with my 🎀 DISMISS/PIN or any mod that lets you refresh Wants on the fly like 🎀 UI Cheats Extension or 🎀 Refresh Wants and Fears.

There's currently only ONE (1) ARCHIVE containing ONE (1) WHIMSET.

⚙️ These are .ZIP archives. 🗂️ Windows Explorer on Windows and 🎭 Finder on Mac can open/extract them. Place the extracted folder/files into your Mods folder.

You may not have noticed (or maybe you're new to the game), but when EAxis transitioned us over to Wants & Fears, they changed the way WhimSets work to limit us to ONE (1) Want per WhimSet on-screen at any given time. e.g. Charisma's WhimSet has ELEVEN (11) Wants, but you will only ever see ONE (1) Charisma Want on your screen at any given time. This change resulted in a worse experience than Whims due to poorly prioritized Wants repeating ad infinitum and no easy way to "Refresh" them because they also killed the "Dismiss" button for no good reason.

I've figured out how to bypass that limitation. My resurrected CollectNew (CollectionSet) WhimSet perfectly showcases it - Collect [X] Wants can now populate both Want Bubbles after collecting any of the four basic collectables (Crystal, Fossils, Frogs, Metals) and refreshing your Wants.

As stated in the intro, to benefit from this you will need a mod that allows you to refresh your Wants on the fly like my 🎀 DISMISS/PIN, weerbesu's 🎀 UI Cheats Extension, or Szemoka's 🎀 Refresh Wants and Fears.

I 🦄 use all of my WhimSet overrides, but you might benefit from ❓ extra consideration tagging. I doubt there will be any so disruptive to require a possible ❌. I might just like pasting unicorns everywhere.

  Resurrects the CollectionSet WhimSet and includes the following Wants - Collect Anything, Collect Crystal, Collect Fossil, Collect Frog, Collect Metal.

  EAxis tossed this WhimSet in the trash when they transitioned us over to Wants & Fears. I loved this WhimSet and I don't like my fun taken away from me for no good reason. Now that I've bypassed the "fun limitation", it works as it's meant to - as it use to.
