Dev Update - 2025/04/04
Hey everyone,
Numbers first:
75 new static renders for a total of 2240
0 new animations
162 new lines in the script file for a total of 6412
Seems a bit on the lower side but considering that I also wrapped up the largest test build of this Chapter this week, I'm pretty happy with the progress.
Said test build is most likely the last one before Beta and it's already on my dev branch, so it's basically finished outside some polishing.
The focus for next week will be getting as far as possible through the last scene before the chapter finale, so it will mostly focus on script and static renders.
The final news for this Dev Log is, that my mother got out of intensive care and was transferred to a rehabilitation clinic earlier this week.
It will still take her months to get back on track but as of now it looks promising she will get there.
Thanks to everyone for your support (any kind of, really) in the past several weeks, and now get this damn chapter finally finished.
Have a nice weekend, guys.
Cheers,
Ceo

Glad to hear all the good news!
Very happy to hear about your mom. Awesome news.
Great to hear the good news about your mom. Don't forget to recharge your own batteries now. It is often difficult to understand how tired one can be from emotional situations. I hope you already know what kind of activity (or lack thereof) is the best way for you to recover. Take care!
Glad to hear about your mom. Hope for a fast and complete recovery! Take care.
Your mom being moved to a rehabilitation center, and having a positive outlook on her recovery; is the best news to kick of the weekend with.
I'm very happy about these news and wish you all the best ❤️
Gah I'm UNlearning to write. The news about your mom, was what I meant. Doh ❤️

Thanks for sharing the great news about your Mom!
Glad the Mom is out of danger. I know it was rough. Spent a lot of time in hospitals myself last year. I can sympathize. I hope things continue to improve. Don't worry about us, we'll wait.
So so happy to hear your mom is doing better. That's great news!
