Feed babies without parental restriction | The Sims 4 (February 27, 2026)
This is a gameplay mod for The Sims 4 that expands baby care interactions.
Change Log:
1.5.2 (February 27, 2026):
Now, Alien Pollinator NPCs can breastfeed their offspring, provided they are female or marked "allows milk production".
At the request of a small Fugochi community, the mod should no longer conflict with Omegaverse-related mods.
What does this mod do?
Allows any adult Sim to feed a baby using the breastfeeding option, even if they are not the biological parent.
Opens new storytelling possibilities with surrogate mothers, nannies, midwives, or extended family members.
Integrates smoothly with other parenting and pregnancy mods, such as PandaSama’s Childbirth Mod.
The goal is to bring more freedom and realism to family gameplay. It’s purely about parenting and caregiving mechanics, designed for players who enjoy developing richer family stories in the game.
More flexibility in baby care.
Expanded storytelling options for family-focused saves.
A more inclusive and realistic family gameplay experience.
Important note: This feature is strictly about family gameplay and caregiving mechanics. It contains no sexual or adult content.

This is fabulous for historical gameplay for when a wet nurse would have been needed or preferred.
Wonderful! Appreciate you correcting this oversight.
Thanks! It always bothered me when there are multiple nursing sims in a household but they can't feed the other babies.
