Borg Riker is iconic, champion standing is iconic, the rewatch value is unparalleled.
One of the easiest-ever S-tiers for me. This one is absolutely in my top-10.
Since this is one of my favorite episodes since my childhood, this was an easy S for me.
I voted D and the poll broke
This was a low B to me...techno babble excuse for some alternative scenarios but A level Worf and Deanna interaction
I rate it an S, but it would've been even better if in the final scene Worf is happy to reunite with his REAL wife K'Ehleyr, proving the Worf in this whole episode was actually not from 'our' universe.
It's an episode I very much enjoy. One of the highlights of Season 7 for me, especially the alternate universes we see glimpses of. I gave it and A, as I am VERY stingy with the "S" rating.... Although it's an S when compared with the somewhat shaky final season, it's not when compared with the rest of TNG, especially its golden years in Seasons 3-6, nor DS9 now that it's finally hitting its stride.
A great episode, not quite an S for me, but a strong A. Worf's reaction when he realises Lwaxanna would be his stepmother is hilarious. I just can't see Worf and Deanna getting together; they are two significantly different people. Would their children hit you with a pain stick and feel your pain at the same time?
I’m torn between an A and an S. This sets up possibilities for any trek. I voted A but almost an S
Don't be torn. I'm sure you already voted S in another universe
I like the alternative realities, but I just can’t get behind Worf and Deanna.
I agree. I guess 'Second Chances' last season meant Riker & Troi was off the table for season 7. Worf and Troi just felt like yet another 'What the hell' writing decision this season.
Great episode, BUT: Geordi dies. Nobody cares, he’s not the plot and Worf’s dizzy. Let’s play around with his visor while he’s laying there naked and unattended.
Also why would they be standing there playing around with the visor in the first officer Worf timeline
STRAIGHT TO S TIER dude.. This episode has INFINITE rewatchability. Definitely one of my favorites.
The idea of a universe where the BORG is everywhere is straight up terrifying! Unfortunately, Worf never made it back to the universe where Spot is a Tom and not a female! I guess he never noticed that first shift! Imagine a universe where Lore is on the bridge instead of Data? They missed a good one there!
One of my favourite 5 episodes so obvious S from me.
"Several contestants were maimed" ..., classic Worf !
Season 7 might not have overall dramatic quality level of 3 thru 6, but all the creativity and experimentation is lots of fun!
