You ever watch a Sims trailer and think, “Oh we’re getting fed”? Because that’s what Enchanted by Nature is serving. Wings. Woods. WooHoo. It’s soft fantasy meets enchanted neighborhood energy, and yes — you can be a fairy now. Let’s get into it.
Welcome to Innisgreen (a.k.a. Cottagecore with a Magic Budget)
The new world is split into three neighborhoods, each with its own vibe:
Sprucederry Grove – where nature and suburban Sims meet. Think cozy homes with sparkly flair.
Everdew – the forest deep. This is where the ✨fairy stuff✨ goes down. Glowing mushrooms, mossy rocks, probably drama.
Fairies? No, Babes — We’re Floating °❀⋆.ೃ࿔*:・
Yes, they did it. Playable fairies with two moods:
Harmonious (plant girl, nurturer, good vibes)
Discordant (they start drama, float off, and pretend they didn’t do it)
Fairies don’t eat food — they survive on emotions. They get glowy tattoos, custom wings, and yes, fairy WooHoo is in the game. Pregnant fairies even fly differently. EA really said ✦ details ✦.
Gameplay: Systems You Actually Want
Let’s talk features:
Natural Living Skill: garden, forage, live off the land, sleep under the stars if you're dramatic
Apothecary Skill: craft elixirs from emotions (you’ll need anger and joy like ingredients)
Naturopath Career: healer vibes with actual career progression
Luck System: yes, you can be lucky (or cursed). Impacts gnomes, crafting, and other shady in-game outcomes
CAS Breakdown (You Know I Was Watching)
New hairs? I counted at least 5 in the trailer, including curls, buns, and that one that looks like a fairy got into a 2014 Tumblr archive. -Fairy ears, wings, face glow, tattoos — it’s all layered in. Glowing eye makeup? It’s there. EA knew the lookbooks were coming.
Who This Pack Is For ? :
You build mossy cottages “just because”
You like your Sims slightly glowy, emotionally dramatic, and barefoot in the woods.
You’re into mood-based magic, off-grid living, and Sims that sleep in bushes on purpose.
You play Rags to Riches challenges for fun (Stanley would absolutely thrive in Innisgreen)
You think gardening should have consequences — and maybe a storyline.
Basically: if you’ve ever wanted The Sims to feel like a Studio Ghibli x Pinterest collab… this is the pack for you.
Okay, But Let’s Talk Timing…
And if you thought they were done teasing, girl… let me show you what’s next. Here's your roadmap:
The Dates You Need to Know 🏳️
July 1 – Base game update (setting the stage — fairy foundations, probably bug mop-ups) July 10 – Enchanted by Nature Expansion Pack officially launches August 19 – Second base game update (likely fairy tweaks, maybe a little ✧ mushroom drama ✧)
Ashley’s Prediction™
We’re getting a mushroom chair that makes Sims sleepy, a sparkly “Aura of Drama” buff, and at least one toddler animation that accidentally turns them into a lightning bug. You heard it here first.
PSA: Mods Folder Prep
Before the July 1 base game update drops, make sure to:
Back up your Mods folder (drag it to your desktop)
Back up your Saves and Tray files
And don’t “just test it and see”.
See You in the Forest ࿔‧ ֶָ֢˚˖𐦍˖˚ֶָ֢ ‧࿔
That’s the tea for now. I’ll be watching fairy wings, tracking updates, and keeping you posted. If EA blinks, I’ll blink louder. Stay tuned — the woods are calling.
