About the Giantess Playground
Hi everyone,
I want to give a clear update about Giantess Playground.
I independently designed, developed, and released the full game on Patreon well before any collaboration began. The other party’s involvement was limited to assisting with a specific destruction plugin and related visual effects. They do not own the full game.
Despite this, they have continued to take unilateral actions, including controlling the Epic Games Store page, withholding revenue, and now preparing to release the game on Steam without my authorization.
My legal counsel has formally addressed these unauthorized actions and the attempts to claim ownership and revenue rights over the full game. I am taking the necessary steps to protect my rights as the original creator.
I remain committed to the project and to the community that has supported it from the beginning. I will share further updates when appropriate.Thank you for your continued support.

Does your contract says that you transfer intellectual property to the other party or a company ? Who owns the GitHub ? Do you still have access and can it prove that you were working on it ? If the above holds, I am thinking that the other party might try to scare you and strong arm you into whatever settlement because they would have very little claim. Stay strong.
as much as that sucksss i found the game through steam...i hope things work out and that you get things figured out
Also is there a version we can download that won’t affect your current situation?
I get it man :/ I just subbed to support your efforts and to help with the legal battle… I hope you can win this !!!
Do not give up ! You have all proofs of his scheme.
Yesss, don't give up! Set a precedent for future independent passion devs! I'm rooting for you!
Best of luck to u hope u win
They took control of the game? What? That's crazy how did that happen?
I’m wishing you the best of luck on this predicament. This game means a lot to the GTS community and to me.
好捏 🙏加油,不要忘記吃飯與好好睡覺 🫶
And this is why you need to be careful.
Well, all of this worries me. These days, there aren't any honest people you can trust. I hope everything turns out alright and that you can get back what's yours. If you've given up hope, you could create a similar game, perhaps something more organized and less ambitious. I'll continue to support your projects.
Thanks, I’m not going to give up.
Oh shit they're releasing the game on steam? Need any of us to report it for you?
My lawyer has just sent him the letter. I guess for now I can’t do much with the steam page.
