A serious situation is ongoing.

First of all, I'm sorry that recent posts have focused on legal issues rather than game development. I never wanted this page to become about disputes, but recent events leave me feeling that I need to keep everyone informed.
As many of you know, after receiving a legal demand from Micah's attorney, I stopped releasing further game updates that could become part of the ongoing dispute. I also offered refunds to supporters who preferred not to remain subscribed while this situation is unresolved. My goal has always been to reduce conflict rather than escalate it.
Yesterday, despite the dispute remaining unresolved, Micah publicly announced that former Patreon supporters could contact him directly to receive Epic Game Store keys. Given the current legal situation, I found this surprising, especially since his attorney had previously demanded that I stop distributing or updating the game, as he directly contradicts what his lawyer previously stated.
Today, something happened that concerns me even more.
Micah publicly posted the personal contact information of a supporter who has been helping me obtain legal assistance. Regardless of the dispute between us, I believe that private individuals who choose to help either side should not have their personal information exposed publicly. I sincerely hope no one contacts or harasses this person.
I have documented these events and provided them to my legal counsel.
I will continue protecting my rights while trying to keep discussions factual and respectful.

在争议未解决的情况下，对方发律师函要求我停止游戏更新，我发布了相关情况并进行了退款，希望解决这个问题。他给出了一个让人无法接受的提议，我也已经给出了我的提议。
昨天，他突然发布说要给所有patreon的用户发送epic的key，声称我后面的页面会下架，我认为这是一个对我的威胁，他可能要举报我的patreon（虽然我并不觉得他可以下架我的patreon）
而今天，他直接公开了给我提供法律支持的粉丝的全部个人信息！！！我猜想他想通过将这个giantess fetish game和粉丝联系起来从而对他进行潜在的威胁和羞辱，甚至可能会引导别人进行个人攻击。 我觉得我不能仅仅停留在单纯的寻求法律援助了，我希望大家了解他在做的行为。

I may only have a surface-level understanding of this "Micah" character, but this guy reminds me of someone I confronted for being a lazy person and a pedophile. It's basically the same behavior of that person that Micah is showing. I can't donate to you for support, but my being here should be support enough.

Start over; you have the idea and the passion, and you’ll see that people will be more supportive. I don’t know if you’ve ever been to court, but it will destroy you even more; you’ll have to listen to lies about yourself and your work being passed off as the truth. No matter the outcome, you’ll be drained, it will drag on for far too long, and it will cost a fortune. Don’t lose faith in good people with good intentions just because one person was cruel to you...

based on my research. all of the information he posted is completely Private. And it is illegal. but the problem is how he phrased it, this falls inside a Legal Gray area, and he likely will not get into much trouble for it.

Report his post to Twitter for doxxing. also @GiantessGameUE5, I would be careful what you post even on your Patreon, as their lawyers can demand access to public posts, to dig up dirt on you, if you get into a court. I also wouldn't be surprised if Micah or his lawyer has an Alt account spying on your Patreon right now. Doxxing Laws in USA: * Posting information that is Publicly available, is not doxxing. I really can't stand people that try to abuse loopholes in laws and contracts to get things and/or money they should not be entitled to. And then pretend like there is nothing morally wrong with what they are doing because "contract".

Because I want to stop the collaboration with him, since he hasn’t been helping for a long time but he holds all the income from epic. After I wanted to stop, he suddenly removed me from epic/steam backend and started everything…

Hey, man. I appreciate the updates, but I would be extremely careful about what I share publicly now. This is now up to litigation. Anything and everything you post is admissible. I'd keep public communications with us more nonspecific until this is resolved. Best of luck. I'm sorry that this happened to you. We're pulling for you.
