New Upgrade Goals

I added two tutorial upgrade goals to potentially make them more interesting. At $800, I'll add constant movement to Curves and Splines. At $1000, I'll add a hash function and seed to Noise. Many people have been asking for those features, so let's make it happen!

I hope the automatic translation works good enough. Some people have made translated versions of some of my tutorials, but I cannot guarantee their quality.
