FluffKevlar

Doodle I did of ARA lounging up in some rafters of the bridge. You know, like cats lounging where they shouldn't.... its been a little bit since I doodled her, so felt good to! May finish this up later. Enjoy the sketch for now!

I was asked what the inside of ARA's ear looked like...so I impromptu did an entire picture about it, i guess?? I imagine the Audio in/out could be used to listen to deep space radars or other signal collectors, and project across speakers, etc, and this is probably how most of the anthroids' ears a

(EDIT: Updated with correct image. Previous was slightly off with the lineart) How do we feel about ARA with messy hair?? I needed some kind of break back to her, and I had an old unused sketch from the fem-Mike pinup that i worked into this ARA pic. It was boring at first, I felt did nothing new, t

My spooky pic for the year! ARA doing a little 'Sadako' impression... I tested a few things with this image. Without focusing really hard on 'accurate' lighting around forms, and just going for mood. Leaving some clean parts, some messy parts. Lightin contrast and some little things.. Happy Hallowee

ARA in a spooky little picture as Sadako from 'The Ring'. I originally wasn't going to do an ARA spooky but the idea popping in my head made so much sense and i felt inspired to. Will be fun I hope! I'm not a big horror movie person, but of the few i've seen, The Ring is one of my favourites, probab

Hey folks! Coloured this ARA x VST thing, sorry for a bit of a slow down, having some medical things to go to this week been taking up time.

VST is a good boy and will keep the Apex Frames clean at any cost. Some doggo programming here, some cat responses there, and good as new. This was an older sketch I did way back when I first made him, and I liked it enough to rework it.

To be honest, it could be either Vikna OR Ayn that is having a silly-little-teasey influence on her. I'm sure Vikna probably regrets it at this moment, but teasing is as far as ARA knows, thankfully for Vik's sanity...Enjoy! Wanted to refine and make this nice without somehow spending ages on it, i

So pardon the week of silence here, I started to cook so hard that i ended up with like 6 half-finished, not-really presentable pieces...so I took the one I liked the most and ran with it until I had something. This was an old, old sketch back from ARA's "Shower" monthly pinup (with the rings around

I finished it! After months and lots of painful tweaking, the result is... OK? It was definitely something new for me, a character with outfit, full complex geometric markings, and non-looping. I learned a lot of new things going forward, but sorry it took so long, and sorry the result isn't somethi

As I said i would to those asking--I think the ink/lines for this are done! All it needs is a simple background and colours. Probably will take longer than I'd expect, so it'll have to wait til next month, but it'd be good Twitch stream content. It's quite a different kind of animation from my last,

Hey guys! I wanted to share more work on this--and express some thoughts. I won't finish it this month since it's still gonna take too long, so I'd rather finish something else first. But since it had been so long since i'd done a previous animation, I started this one ALL wrong, so it took a tremen

It's a new calendar! And with Predators2 complete, refs and background work being laid for the scifi project, it's time I lay out some things for all you followers and supporters! First, thank you for 2023. I had my first and only child this year and your support has helped us through it. It was ver

Forget 'slice-of-life', tech puns RULE It's been mentioned both on and off Patrn/SS to revisit the old, tease-y ARA I started her as. Sure enough, her character has changed, but I haven't forgotten about that initial attitude. It may have been what drew folks to her in some part, but it hasn't gone

It's been a while since I've had kind of a 'tease' ARA pic. There needs to be more of that, so, in honour of 'not letting old sketches go to waste', I took this old un-used pinup pose and tooled it into ARA, undressing for ... reasons. Shower? Uniform?? Beach??? who knows, but I'd like to do another

This is probably how I feel, but it's mostly as a cute reaction doodle to this image by the fun artist SpacePups - https://twitter.com/puppy_in_space/status/1659621046218264577 and i read it as "your gf is a program" and.. well here we are. A nice 30m warmup for the day.

Progress on ARA's little 'walk and slump' that I've been whittling away at...so essentially in animation you're focusing on timing and spacing. 3d and 2d have their trade-offs, where 2d it's not as easy to go back and adjust a thing. So, I'm focused on her head and face, since that's the 'lead' and

So here's some of what I been diddling with regarding animation--if nothing else, just a test run of getting used to some of the new menus, timings, and a refresher of animation. It's been a while, but coming back. Not yet sure how ink/colour/layers will pan out but it's a step-by-step. As a starter

I wanted to start off the new year with ARA, so I did this doodle in-stream on Sunday and been spending a bit finishing her up. Will probably make a SFW ver of this as a sticker sometime, too! Threw in a temporary bg I use at the moment. But happy with the result! HD will be in end-of-month ZIP.

Hau'oli Makahiki Hou! Wanted to ring in the year with ARA! I like how this turned out. Maybe into a sticker or print or something. This year at least several art things will happen: Finish Denali, Launch Discord Server, and Start Sci-Fi comic. Probably in that order. Current to-do lists are: resolve

Surprised, to be honest, that the one wholesome, clean idea won this little vote, but glad! After a lot of struggle, I like how this turned out. Enjoy, thank you all!

A surprise little mini-comic...ARA meeting VST! This took a while.. but I had a lot of fun with it. In my head, this takes place before my comic begins, where ARA has only been online a few days. I wanted to expand a little bit on his lore and abilities, as well as personality. VST Serpent is extrem

Whew! Here's the first part of some ARA stickers you all can use for stuff! Telegram pack: https://t.me/addstickers/Anthroid_ARA Also individual files attached! Some of these might make decent physical merch, but probably not all of them. These were harder than they seemed at first...I don't envy he

Here's a little preview of some of the ARA ideas I had...essentially Telegram/Discord reaction stickers, mainly. Physical stickers? possibly, but definitely geared the first. Been a busy little start to the year, working on another thing I can't share til later but definitely will once I can! I'll g

The $25 tier picture this month was in fact, NOT adult, and instead some world and character-building for ARA...and other ARAs! Rei gave me the idea for a mink ARA and i think it worked out real nice. Our ARA is the Apex Frame ARA, no other nicknames, the Apex Frames stay close to Katrician Central

Hey folks! I did some slight updating to a few pieces recently in my downtime between items--pictures I thought still held up pretty well, but just needed a little push. I liked these enough that I got prints of them stocked in my store, too! Which leads to me also mention: I'm having a Black Friday

Request picked by $25 tier, the end of ARA's shower mess, and Vikna realizing she's never messed with ARA's hair before.. thought it was pretty cute! Still looking for a style that could work as a comic format for the future, this might be pretty good. Enjoy! HD will be in end-month ZIP

The rare pairing--this was suggested and voted on by the $25 tier for March. I thought about more ways and reactions to show ARA's general asexual-ness while still being aloof and unphased by any teasing. She doesn't respond to stimuli the way the other AI do; she's still fresh on a lot of things an

I thought it would be cute to have ARA do this currently trending meme of 'leg raised up high' which is usually a 'vertical splits' type pose. But in classic software engineer fashion, the computer did exactly what you told it to, just not in the way you expected.

Thanks you guys for a great stream! Especially to the in-stream donations from FriendlyDeathclaw, ECKoonz, Skimike, LorePerson, Blobage and Ahawk! You guys really are awesome, thank you! This week's requests were: 'Superstructures' and 'A Day Off' into one request, ARA and Vikna relaxing in the city

Thanks for your patience! Past few days been a bit of a struggle again, health ups and downs. Minor art block. But! I think these came out nice regardless. I only did one request the previous week, so I wanted to go a bit harder on these. Higher-quality Ahri and ARAs. Ahri, K/DA skin, requested by D

Hey guys. Sorry about the delay, eye is still recovering, though thankfully, pretty quickly. Knocking on wood and fingers crossed! Through taking breaks and balancing con prep stuff, I'm finally done with the request pictures. Of course, the Nyt-ARA one took a very long time. I had no issues with th
