September Update #3

I'm not 100% that this is the third update. It may be more or less than that -- I seem to have lost track. I've been so crammed with stuff to do lately that I barely remember my own name. But here we are with a new update, how about that?

Hello friends. It's good to see you all and I hope you are well! I have mostly good news today! First things first, I'm shooting a video tomorrow. Expecting the shoot to be endless because there's a lot to get. I actually have three videos ready to shoot right now, the issue has been scheduling mostly. For the video tomorrow, I will need an entire crew which is kinda new for me on Youtube. I have hired a crew to work with me on it and I trust they will do a great job. I stayed up really late last night putting the set together in a new exciting way for the video and I think it looks great. 

We're moving into the Halloween period of the year which means I have a lot of big special things to get together in preparation. But I think the videos I have lined up are going to be some of my best by far and you'll really dig em. Particularly the two I'm writing right now.

I have a whole lot of stuff slated to happen in the next month and I'm going to get them all on your dashboard as soon as possible. It's been difficult because of my other work and classes -- I'm in a very intensive art history class that is requiring a lot from me but I'm loving it. Baroque art history is soon to be something I know a ton about, which is great because it inspires a lot of what I do. 

Ya know what else inspires me? Coffee -- lots of coffee. I've been drinking so much coffee lately that I may just explode but it will be a good explosion. Hopefully it leads to even more scripts that are great that you will all love.

I've had a bit of a cold this week which has prevented me from recording too much stuff however, but I'm trying to power through it. I've recently seen mother! and I didn't really know what I wanted to say about it other than my basic interpertation of the film -- which doesn't seem to be as complex as everyone else's thoughts. I've spent the last couple days digesting it before I talk about it in any sorta meaningful way. I want to make sure that my ideas about it aren't stupid -- and two days later I think my interpertation holds water. Not everything can be as intellectually straightforward as IT I'm afraid. Although I've been reading Stephen King's book on writing this week and I feel I'm getting a lot out of it. You should read it. Go get a copy and read it, it's good stuff.

Also I suppose I should explain the image I've attached to this post. An artist I really like named Skutch created this image of me that I very much love. It's actually kind of overwhelming. I just felt the need to attach it here because it's wonderful. 

I guess that about does it. After shooting tomorrow, I'm expecting about a week or so until the new video is in the final stages. I'm working with an editor now so I'm trying to balance my time so he has what he needs to get  the video done in time for October. I really want to do this big special amazing thing for Halloween night but it's proving to be time consuming and difficult. I have over a month to put it together though, so I suppose I shouldn't worry.
