This show was genuinely good but personally I despise the time loop paradox thing in media lol I can’t wait until they watch erased!

Unpopular opinion, but I really think this is the best place to finish the series. The ending to this story is so perfect. And though Steins gate 0 is good, its really just an extra bonus. Same with the OVA. Totally understandable if you want to stop here and have this be where your journey with this series ends.

In hindsight I just find it crazy that in one show, Steins Gate managed to use 3 different types of time travel: sending d-mails to the past, time leaping memories, and actual physical time travel.

Watch it release order, OVA , Movie, Ep23beta (might as well skip 80% of it and pair it up with S;G0 ep 1), S;G 0. Both OVA and Movie don't add ground breaking concepts you must know before heading into S;G 0, so you might want to skip and watch later, that also works. I'd watch OVA after this at least, and move around the movie if needed

First things first. Y’all gotta watch the OVA (ep.25) Also, I say watch the movie and Steins Gate 0. You are already here, might as well finish, plus it’s also very f-ing good. I highly doubt any other anime will top this one for me, it’s and will always be my favorite anime of all time. My first time watching it, I couldn’t stop, I binged the whole thing and watched it like 3 other times. It was also the first anime to make me wanna own the blue-ray for and buy all the merch. I cry every single time I watch it and yes, I cried again watching yalls reaction lol it’s just such a masterpiece, it’s what I like to call, a complete anime. The start is slow, but when you finish it, you see it’s necessary and you start loving it because you now understand it. It’s just perfect. But yeah, please watch the OVA (episode 25) the movie and Steins Gate 0. 🙏🏼 Thank you for reacting to this, I was waiting for so long for this and I’m so glad yall loved it as much as I do and did again. Steins gate Zero is phenomenal. Just like steins gate, it takes a few episodes to get going, but you'll be crying emotional tears by the end 👌🏽

I'll just say that I've heard some wild theories on who ends up with Daru to the point where I've turned off my PC and went outside to touch some grass

FYI, there's a remake of the original visual novel that was released last week called Steins;Gate Re:Boot, and so far, it's been receiving positive reviews, but there's strong discontent among hardcore S;G fans for various reasons. Also, some kind of Steins;Gate sequel is currently in the works, but that's all we know.

first time watching this show i couldnt stop thinking about it luckily steins gate 0 was announced at the time and that is another masterpiece IMO TOP 3 OF ALL TIME!

There's an extra special episode (Steins;Gate: Egoistic Poriomania) that's basically the equivalent of episode 25, then there's the movie, and after that you jump to episode 23b before starting Steins;Gate 0

There are two ways people are probably thinking about watch order which is Steins;Gate -> Steins;Gate Ep 25 OVA -> Steins;Gate Load Region Movie -> Steins;Gate Ep 23B -> Steins;Gate 0 Or Steins;Gate -> Steins;Gate Ep 23B -> Steins;Gate 0 -> Steins;Gate Ep 25 OVA -> Steins;Gate Load Region Movie People will probaby argue over the placement of 25 and the movie but just make sure to watch 23b before SG0 if you continue.

A banger anime thats well written like Steins;Gate or Vinland Saga? Orb: On the Movements of the Earth. Its 25 episodes long. Keeps you on your toes, intrigues you and never let's go. Also an absolutely incredible OP/ED where the OP won 5 categories in the Japan Song Awards. With the soundtrack composed by Kensuke Ushio (DanDanDan, CSM, Silent Voice).

Steins Gate 0 is awesome along with the OVA I love it, many of us do and I know you’ll enjoy it. The mention of Monster and Lord of Mysteries got me salivating though LOL

Steins 0 is 100% worth watching. Don't forget the OVA and the movie either!

Steins Gate 0 IMO is better then OG Steins Gate because it explores Okabe and his character more. SG0 is canon and basically explains what the future Okabe goes through and his journey on how he develops the plan of saving Kurisu that we see in the cellphone video. SG0 Okabe is the MVP of the whole series
