I am experimenting performance issues on Yuzu emulator after this windows update, all my nintendo switch games were working flawlessly on my ROG Ally, anybody else is experimenting the same?

This fixed all of my broken emulators, which was most of them :)

everything should work out of the box if it doesn't... make sure the app is not there

This worked for me as well! I was having trouble with RPCS3 Emulator not opening and getting an error message. I was having trouble with a few emulators like Yuzu and PCSX2, with Yuzu opening but then crashing after and then PCSX2 would crash when I opened settings. I factory reset my ROG Ally twice and the Yuzu and PCSX2 solved itself but RPCS3 was still crashing. But this solution fixed that. Thanks for this post!

I have had both Yuzu and RPCS3 both break because Microsoft decided to install "OpenCL™, OpenGL®, and Vulkan® Compatibility Pack" without my permission. After uninstalling that, it all went back to working.
