QuickFixes EmuDeck Windows
Hello there, we've done some fixes for several issues reported today:
- PS2 - Fixed wrong bios path
- 3DS - Fixed EmulationStation launch issue
- PSP - Fixed full screen mode and default resolution
- CloudSync - Fixed issue when using EmulationStation
- Wii - Fixed paths for CloudSync
- Wii U - Fixed paths for CloudSync
- EmulationStation - Moved download_data from C: to your Emulation folder to free space from your internal drive.
To apply these fixes just open EmuDeck, go to Manage Emulators and click on "Update all configurations".

Done that and still same error….
Now I was able to launch rom manager, but it gives me an error on steam deck rom manager after launch: error encountered while reading user configuration’ so we are progressing but not there yet
Reset SRM configuration on Manage Emulators
Hi how come when i run the switch games through steam big picture mode after setting up emu deck why doesnt the game updates or mods run at all is it just not implemented yet? On asus ally when i manually start the game in yuzu updates and mods work fine anyone have a fix or a workaround why it doesnt work as intended in steam ui?
unless you are using two versions of yuzu or yuzu-cmd this shouldn't happen
My controller config isn’t working when launching switch games. I’ve also reset the EmuDeck configuration for the emulator. Not sure what needs to be done to get it working. GamePad mode is activated on the ROG Ally too. Games launch just fine otherwise.
are you launching them from Steam?
get an error when running steam rom manager user configuration invalid skipping. tried google but could not find anything.

Hi guys getting issues when loading ps3 games after phasing. it says it can find /K ""D:\Emulation\tools\launchers\rpcs3.bat" "C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe"" && exit --no-gui "D:\Emulation\roms\ps3\X-Men Origins - Wolverine - Uncaged Edition (USA) (En,Fr)\PS3_GAME\USRDIR\EBOOT.BIN"
Use rpcs 3 and basically get the games listed in the app itself (install them or whatever) then when it's listed in the app, right click on the game and there should be a create shortcut option. Create one for each game on your desktop and then cut and paste all those shortcuts into your rom folder.
Cloud sync seems messed up too. Set it up last night and got nothing but errors this morning
What errors? With some providers that’s normal since they have to create the folder, then the error messages are gone after that “initial setup”
Yeah im done with this. Switch works while saying I need firmware still lol. Ps2 nope though.
Like right now after trying that I'll probably have to hard reset the whole system
I'm also pretty sure emulstation crashes my windows/ freezes it more than any other thing ever
Yeah. Your software shows green that is detected. However when I try to launch pcsx2 I'm still getting the, pcsx2 requires a ps2 bios in order to run.
Check that the bios folder in PCSX2 is the right one. Or reset the config of PCSX2 in Manage Emulators. If you keep having issues go to our discord where you can share screenshots so we can troubleshoot your issue
ps2 still not launching. bios checker is green. Am I supposed to put the file somewhere else now?
please open PCSX2 and check that it's detecting the bios :)
My whole setup after updating no longer launch any games I can load ES and my roms show up but nothing else any help!

Hello! For the gaming mode feature where in quick settings would it be? For some reason its not one of the available options to turn it on.
HI , we pulled the feature because some devices were having issues not booting properly. We will relaunch it after more further testing!
I’m having the same problem with Ayaneo Air Plus windows 11, I can’t launch de manager it gives me a Java error, I’ve deleted and reinstalled everything but still I can’t use the emudeck since I can not load anything using it

I am having trouble launching the Steam ROM Manager on my Ally. I have tried both quick and custom resets but I keep getting the same java error. Any thoughts?
