Check DL to find out what Debrid-Link already has

DMM can now tell you whether Debrid-Link already has a release. Debrid-Link took away their cache check endpoint a while back so there was no way to ask, and someone on Discord pointed out that adding a bare info hash works as the check instead, because Debrid-Link only accepts a bare hash when it already has the content. That turned out to be exactly right, and it costs nothing from your daily upload allowance whether the answer is yes or no. Every row now has a Check DL button, and there is one at the top of the page that does the whole list at once.

Anything Debrid-Link is holding comes back as Instant DL, and the Cast button turns up next to it, so you know it will start straight away instead of downloading first.

It is a button rather than something that runs on its own, because on Debrid-Link a hit is an add. That is what cached means there, so the check puts the release in your library for a second and then takes it back out again, and that is not something to be doing to rows you never asked about. Real-Debrid and AllDebrid have had Check buttons for exactly the same reason, their checks are an add and a delete too.

TorBox got something similar in zurg. If you run Sonarr or Radarr against zurg and you ask it for cached releases only, a TorBox release that was not really cached used to get added, downloaded for real, and then deleted again once zurg worked out it had never been there. That's because the check cached endpoint in Torbox doesn't really work. That spent one of the sixty torrents TorBox lets you add each hour, plus a transfer slot, on a release it had already been told to skip. TorBox has a flag for this that is not in their documentation and only shows up in their API spec, and zurg sends it now. A miss is refused in under a second with nothing left on your account. A hit still has to finish before zurg reports it, because TorBox's cache will sometimes say yes to something it then cannot serve.
