zurg can now repair a release using another provider

The debrid services keep independent caches. A release Real-Debrid has purged, or one it refuses on the filename alone, can be sitting cached on AllDebrid right now under the same hash, and until now zurg could not use that. Repair always re-added a release to the account it came from, so once that account had given up there was nothing left to try, and the release stayed dead in your library while another account you already pay for was holding it.

Now a release that every account holding it has given up on gets offered to your other accounts. The first one that already has it takes it, and the release comes back with both accounts behind it, failing over between them like any release two accounts hold. There is nothing to turn on. If you have a second account in your providers block and repair is enabled, this is what repair does when it runs out of other options.

An account is only ever handed content it already holds. If it would have to fetch the release, the add is withdrawn and deleted again, so nothing downloads anything and no transfer allowance is spent. An account that answers no is asked again a day later, then two days, then four, up to about two weeks, so a release that is gone for good stops costing anything to keep asking about.

The repair button on a release does this too, and in the right order. It retries the account that holds the release first, exactly as it always has, and only offers the release around if that attempt fails. That one works with the repair sweep switched off entirely.

This came from Colt. on Discord, who spotted that the caches are independent and asked whether zurg could just try the other account. Thank you sir!

Does it offer to the nzb provider as well or only debrid, as most likely I would have a debrid and nzb as providers
