Add a whole show to RD or TB in one click, also added guest mode and SenPlayer

New DMM features this week!

On a show with more than one season press Instant RD (All Seasons) or Instant TB (All Seasons). DMM checks every season against your library, picks a complete pack where one is cached and falls back to single episodes where it isn't. Seasons you already have are skipped.

It tells you what it's going to add before it adds anything, and you can stop it halfway if you change your mind.

SenPlayer is now a player option for iOS and macOS. Pick it in Settings under Video player.

You don't need a debrid account to get into DMM anymore. Press Enter as Guest to search and browse without logging in. Your library, casting and transfers still need an account and you can connect one anytime.

DMM Cast now works if you logged in to Real-Debrid by pasting an API key. Before this the Cast page kept sending you back to log in again. The login buttons on the TorBox, AllDebrid, Premiumize, Offcloud and Debrid-Link Cast pages also take you to the right place now and bring you back after.

Also fixed IMDb ratings that were showing as none, show info going stale while a season is still airing, anime pages showing Unknown when the anime addon is down, your library missing changes when you switch back to the DMM tab, and the Stremio addon offering a season pack as if it was one episode.
