A Note about Troubleshooting

Hey all,

I just wanted to give a heads up about bug reporting/troubleshooting/mod support/feedback.

Patreon has be getting worse and worse at keeping me up to date with Patron messages and comments, especially since they merged Patron and Creator Profiles. Direct Messages and notfications thereof get buried under "Chats" from other creators, Comments send notifications to my phone unreliably and on web I only get the top most comments in my notifications box- anything in replies almost no notification. (For example, if I were to look at my notification box now, the last comment I got was from three weeks ago, when I was literally engaging with comment replies yesterday.

If you're having issues with mods, please report them in my discord or via email at chrispyrebiz@gmail.com. I can no longer guarrantee that I can reply to Patreon comments or DM's as swiftly.
