YKS Premium S19E3: Jesseuary Year 3 Episode 3: Edge of Tomorrow with Griffin Newman
On your feet, maggot...we gotta listen to a podcast! Today's episode marks the 3rd movie of the 3rd year of Jesseuary, and somehow also the 2nd Tom Cruise as well. I didn't realize it til just now, but hell, maybe the most famous action star in the universe is good at making action movies. Luckily this week's guest is somebody who actually does realize stuff about movies and the people in them, an actor in his own right and the host of Blank Check with Griffin and David, it's Griffin Newman!
The Jesseuary theme is performed by Howell Dawdy. Art by Graydon Speace. YKS is edited by Producer Dan. Executive Produced by lola butt.
Griffin's show about all kinds of movies -- even ones without crazy monsters -- is called Blank Check. You can get it wherever you want, and on Patreon as well.

Whenever there's not a movie clip playing, the 4th square of the screen should just show whatever Mike is doing on his computer while the other guys talk.
You ever wanna get just a little bit high before you pod, but get absolutely stoned instead? And miss half the dang show? Folks, let me tell you about a little revelation called Diet Smoke.
I don’t know why the hell I haven’t been listening to Blank Check, Griffin seems very cool. DB got to sit in on a great conversation!

I think there is like a fantasy-fulfilment element to Cruise's character being gangpressed into fighting. After we all saw those Iraq war liars in the media get away with it. Like seeing Scooter Libby or Colin Powell get busted down to private and forced onto the front line
thats a good point. it is really fun to watch him squirm. however he does later become a hero, so, kinda mixed signals there. but still cool
great ep, great movie, great guest. thanks boys
I might just Edge Til Tomorrow, right?
All time great movie, so many deaths/kills it's ridiculous
