YKS Premium S19E3: Jesseuary Year 3 Episode 3: Edge of Tomorrow with Griffin Newman
On your feet, maggot...we gotta listen to a podcast! Today's episode marks the 3rd movie of the 3rd year of Jesseuary, and somehow also the 2nd Tom Cruise as well. I didn't realize it til just now, but hell, maybe the most famous action star in the universe is good at making action movies. Luckily this week's guest is somebody who actually does realize stuff about movies and the people in them, an actor in his own right and the host of Blank Check with Griffin and David, it's Griffin Newman!
The Jesseuary theme is performed by Howell Dawdy. Art by Graydon Speace. YKS is edited by Producer Dan. Executive Produced by lola butt.
Enjoy this episode of Jesseuary and all of YKS Premium in bandwidth-cap-destroying 1080p exclusively on the Squeeze Louise tier of service. Just 3 extra bucks a month for all you dare to watch video, monthly mailbag eps, and more. Get a free month when you subscribe for a year, or hell, don't! Either way fine by me.
Griffin's show about all kinds of movies -- even ones without crazy monsters -- is called Blank Check. You can get it wherever you want, and on Patreon as well.

Well this guy is a big fan of stuff alright!
I listened to this episode on a road trip to Iowa and the moment the episode ended I was stuck in a white out blizzard and thought this episode was going to be the last piece of media I consumed.
damn!!
This was a really great episode and now I want to watch this movie. Thanks JF
Guys, I’ve been a fan of YKS for years now. I’ve listened to every episode. This episode was an all-timer. You all smashed it out of the park. What an amazing 2 hours. 🙌
Stop Podcasting Yourself did a Pullman or Paxton game too!!! Episode 4 (yes the very fourth episode). not being a narc, the coincidence just blew my mind
Sorry, guys. Mike isn’t in this one.
he comes back at the end
I’d also recommend Collateral if you’re trying to see Tom Cruise play a perfectionist version of himself that we rarely get to see. It’s the only movie I’ve seen him play the heel in
that one is good too. wild hair choice as well
A perfect thing for my long drive today 🤘
Oh hell yeah. Love this crossover.
