Development Update 67

I've been holding off on this post for a while. Most people should have seen it. My Discord Account was hacked. I was hoping that I could share some good news, but Discord Support is dragging their feet.

It's partly understandable that they don't work on eastern, but they just made more work for themselves. Hackers don't give two shits about holidays. So while I could have gotten my Account back last Thursday, I didn't and the Hackers had one more opportunity to mess with my Community.

Discord seems to be quite incompetent. My account is deactivated, but the hackers already made some of their accounts admin on my server. This means even though they can't use my Account to spread their virus, they can just use my server.

Why Discord doesn't have meassures in place to prevent this?

Beats me.

Can I restore my server once I get back my account?

Probably, right? But no idea. I made a backup Discord Account just in case and called it HighbornT. If everything goes to shit, I'll start a new server from scratch.

Moving on from one depressing topic to another depressing topic that's slightly better because I can at least frame it in a good light. I finished writing Episode 10. And it only took me a bit more than 3 weeks. I thought I was bad at writing sex scenes, but fight scenes... I'm telling you: I think I found my kryptonite. I barely managed to write a handfull of lines each day. Sometimes I couldn't get myself to write anything at all.

I'm pretty happy with the result, though. It's short and to the point while still doing everything I want it to do. You've been waiting for a long time, but I doubt you'll be dissapointed.

Now the real challenge is to visualize everything I've written, but that sounds like a problem for my future self. I don't have to worry about that right now. I can just go outside and enjoy the evening sun.

And one more thing. Now this is actually an amazing topic. The announcement of my next project (👉 store page) was a huge success. It barely took a week to gain 1,000 wishlists. It's a bit early to tell if the game is going to ride the hype all the way to an amazing launch later this year, but for now I'm satisfied.

The last two weeks haven't been easy, but seeing the wishlist number keep climbing was always a highlight of my day. Thank you to everyone who wants to stick with me and who is curious about ⚡Perfect Son-In-Law: Hidden S-Rank⚡
