You need to find the settings - these are the three dots at the bottom right. Then select the translation direction there.

Thank you for your reply! I'm using Chrome, and Windows 11. I cleared the browser cache and internet history, but the problem still exists. What do you mean by an old (intermediate) version of the site? If there is a new version, how can I use it? As I told you, I didn't experience this problem before.. I was away for a couple of weeks, and when I started using your site when I came back last week, I started having this issue. It just feels that the server is very heavy and when I click the forward arrows of the clips, it also moves slowly. So maybe something happened recently on your end, or some changes you made? I wonder if I'm the only one experiencing this issue.
Hi Judy - I’ve replied in the other comment thread as well, but just to clarify here: I was able to reproduce the input lag on my side and found the cause. It was an old underlying issue in how the search field was handled in the browser - not related to server load and not directly related to the recent feature update. A recent Chrome update likely made it much more noticeable. The fix is already deployed. There isn’t a separate “new version” to switch to - the site updates automatically. Please try a hard refresh: Ctrl + F5 (or Ctrl + Shift + R) If the issue still persists after that, please let me know your exact Chrome version (you can check it at chrome://settings/help). As for the clip navigation feeling slow - that should not be related to server load either (the server is running normally), so if you still notice that after refreshing, I’d like to investigate further. Thank you again for reporting this - it really helped.
Hi, I've been using Playphrase for a while, but I've recently been experiencing something very annoying. If I try to type something in the search section, whatever I type there doesn't appear properly. The cursor moves really slowly, and if I type normally, the word gets all messed up, so I have to type a letter by a letter very slowly. If I want to move the cursor backward to remove one word, it also takes a long time. It seems that somehow the Playphrase site has become very heavy or slow. I didn't have this problem before, but I wonder if this new feature has anything to do with it. I wanted to send you or someone an email to ask about this, but I couldn't find an email. Do you have any idea what might be causing this problem?
Thank you for the report, I will test it. In which specific browser does this occur? What is the operating system? Could you also try clearing the browser cache? Maybe you have an old (intermediate) version of the site?
