End of weekend Progress Report - 5

Whoops, almost forgot to write up this weeks progress report. These posts always look so empty, maybe I should try taking more screenshots during testing.. Anyway this will be another short one.

So I got some progress done on the Equipable Moveset mod patch. I had completely forgot how complicated that one gets in terms of the code. I got the basic moveset swap working, so it's mostly redoing the stuff needed for the effects and sounds. I also need to look at some of my bug report notes and see if anything can be done to fix some of the issues there. But all in all it's looking good so far. I would like to say I'll for sure have it complete by next week, but putting dates on things always stresses me out even if I can for sure make the deadline no problem, so for now I'll just say it'll be done soon.

That's not all I've been doing though. In between working on this update I've also been fixing and updating the Revamp mod specific patches. As of now all of them are complete and it's up to the rest of the team to update anything else if they decided to. It's still uncertain how things are with a potential update, but I like to make sure my patches I made for them are up to date and always ready whenever they need em.

Last of note is that I also fully updated my DYT Override patch. I noticed that one was just a single edit so I took a bit of time to fix that one up. I'll have that uploaded here soon, either tonight or by tomorrow, I just want to first do a writeup for how to use it and on how the patch code actually works just like I did with the Dynamic Partsets patch.

That's all for now, as always thanks again for all the support. I hope to bring bigger news next time.

Thanks for these weekly updates. They’re really insightful to read. Hoping your not boring yourself too much with this game after all this time. I get that the rest of the team might be burnt out as well, it’s been a long run and a lot of work put into everything. So thank you again for all the work and effort you’ve put and are still putting into your projects, I really appreciate them! Hope you’re keeping well.

Does this mean we’ll get a Revamp update for like all of the 5.1.1 stuff before we get the 6.0 update? I’m not gonna ask when or anything, just curious if that’s part of the plan.

Apparently there was a drama and the project is on hiatus or something to that effect demonboy is just keeping his work on the project up to date.
