About the title: Baelor refers to the Sept of Baelor which is basically the church or temple to the Seven ("new") gods. They are the Father, the Smith, the Warrior, the Mother, the Maiden, the Crone, and the Stranger (both/neither male/female I think). That's where they executed Ned, and Arya was perched on the statue of Baelor (who built the Sept long ago) which is why Ned yelled "Baelor" at Yoren (from the Nights' Watch) when he passed him. Yoren kept Arya from seeing the actual deed, but she knows... Those they call "the old gods" are represented by Weirwood trees - those with the red maple-like leaves and the carved faces which 'bleed' sap that looks like blood. There seem to be way more "old gods" than this though, and so many other gods I won't go into here. Like any good D&D world - shitloads of gods ๐
Oh baby that tirade at the end! ๐ Yeah you've got Joffrey pegged. And Sansa too. Her fairy-tale world just came crashing down on top of her. Love ๐your reactions!
