Jeor Mormont giving Jon the sword is a very big deal. Not only is it a family heirloom its made out of the equivalent of Adamantine in this world. Rare and powerful.
Tywin's kids are Jaime and Cersei - twins, and Tyrion. Twin has a brother Kevan (the one saying they should sue for peace with Robb Stark), and his son is Lancel, who is Cersei's cousin and who Cersei was banging in lieu of Jaime. Lancel was also Robert's squire, who Robert taunted and tormented all season, and Lancel basically did nothing but give Robert wine all the time. Cersei has three kids, who Susan listed in her comment. Fire cannot kill a dragon. I don't want to spoil anything by going further. Just keep on watching, Ashleigh; and when it is time, I'll say more about this subject. For now, she has THREE DRAGONS!!?!!?!! 馃惒馃惒馃惒 It'll be some TIME... Patience...

It took me like FOUR re-watches, over the years, before I realize the deformed baby wasn't a SIDE-effect of the blood-magic, it was the POINT. Revenge by the "witch" for her or her people. I only heard her mention herself tho. All of it was horrible.
When Daenerys asks Mirri Maz Duur if the spell requires her death, right after she replies "no, not your death Khaleesi" she gazes at Dany's belly for a few seconds

Queen Cersei wasn鈥檛 sleeping with her son. That was Lancel, her cousin. Cersei (and Jaime) have three kids: Joffrey, Myrcella, and Tommen. Joffrey is the oldest which is why he got the throne.
