HALLOBEANS FRANCHISE FRIDAY
y'allllll I'm getting excited because I start these night vision filming tomorrow!!!!
ANYWAYS I know these polls seem fast and a lot back to back and I guess that's because they are - but I love the. excitement around them SO
Nightmare on Elm street 4 won the first franchise poll - so that's some on 10/2.
This poll is for 10/9. Some returning titles that were highly voted on previously - some new franchise choices :)

This is going to be my 1st Hallobeans on Patreon!! This is lining up to be a good ass time
I vote for "Nefarious".
YALL PLEASE HAVE HER WATCH INSIDIOUS 😩😩😩
I'm hoping 'The Ghost and Mr. Chicken' will make it this Hallowbeans on Wednesday.
Paranormal Activity is a found footage movie, so it's not big on effects and such, but it creeped me out, and I'm not easy to creep out, lol! It's definitely the sort of movie that will give you the willies if you watch in the dark.
Is "Candyman" ever going to be considered again? Tony Todd has been gone awhile.
Insidious is my all time favorite horror film.
Darn Halloween 3 had the Silver Shamrock song. i had nightmares of bugs because of that movie.
As a warning: If you didn't like Blair Witch I don't think Paranormal Activity is up your alley. Or maybe it is. I've heard so many people talk crap about Blair Witch and then gush about Paranormal Activity. I really don't get it. Maybe you will???
I literally had to watch paranormal activity on my phone so it was small. And I still got freaked out.
Paranormal Activity would be a great Night Vision movie, but I really love this movie so I hope Ashleigh does too if it gets picked!
Have a great time, Burton, you silly person, you! 😄
I'm in for Paranormal Activity.. I thought the first couple were pretty great and I hope they restore your faith in "found footage" type movies. :) Also, no stream tonight?
Braver than me, my PTSD could never. But about found footage, my university was one of the focus groups and "The Blair Witch Project" was shown there 2 months before it was released in theaters. I worked the event, but left for the actual movie. The rest of the student council stayed and tried to convince me to stay for the actual movie. They didn't understand. Good turnout though, full house.
I swear people who thought “paranormal activity” was scary. Also find their shadow to be scary.
I feel called out.. lol..
I want the Hills Have Eyes 2006, that one really creeped me out :)
Guys… she hated Blair Witch. Why even put her back into the same formula? Will she be scared of Paranormal Activity?? SHIT YEAH. 🤣 But I’m voting Terrifier. 🤡 She needs to be spooked.
Paranormal Activity is slow at times
Hey, just a note about Wednesdays. Can you put High Spirits on the poll?
Personally speaking, "The Hills Have Eyes" isn't really worth considering as a franchise. Only the original 1977 Wes Craven movie merits real attention. You may get more people vote for it as a standalone Monday night vision feature.
I can only imagine the words that will come from Ashleigh's mouth if she watched Terrifier. And we'd have to imagine, because there would be dolphin squeals censoring her. 😂
Don't forget Saw II on the next poll. That's what I would've voted for!
For the next Franchise Friday poll how about a double feature of Frankenstein (1931) and Bride of Frankenstein (1935)?
The way I want to protect Ashleigh from "Terrifier" at all costs.... and I LOVE the "Terrifier" franchise. Can't wait for the 4th one. 😅🤣😅🤣😅
Ooh I would legitimately love to see your reaction to the Terrifier movies, now THAT would be on another level lol.
'Franchise' implies she'll watch The Hills Have Eyes remake. That movie will f***ing change a person.
I've only seen the remake, and I never want to see it again
My birthday is on the 10th, so I hope my pick wins, it is right now, Paranormal Activity. The others are good, but I'm having a tough go of it, so I'm really looking forward to this season, I hope she has not forgotten about Trick R Treat, as I've wanted that for years!
Agree on "Trick 'r Treat" (2007) - it's perfect HalloBeans fun! As anthologies go, I'd also love for Ashleigh to try "Creepshow" (1982) or "Cat's Eye" (1985).
Halloween 4 is one of my favorites in the entire franchise so fingers crossed. Personally never cared for any of the Paranormal Activity films - it is like Blair Witch with a whole lot of setup and a blah payoff but that's just me. Just rewatched The Fall Guy and, man, Ashleigh needs to see it after Hallowbeans. That film is right up her alley.
Agreed Paranormal Activity is well dumb lol
Indifferent on a lot of these....
I hope The Mist makes it onto a Wednesday poll. One of the best movies to watch reactions for, iykyk lol
Mom and daughter. ♥️
I want her to have a better time with a found footage movie so I’m hoping Paranormal Activity has enough…activity for her.
Ha, ha; good one!
I'm going with Insidious. It contains some of the most startling, high impact jump scares ever recorded. 💀
Agreed!
Wow, this is one of the closest ones I’ve seen.
I always loved the Conjuring Universe but that’s me
