No spoilers (savage land) is a place with dinosaurs and other stuff, that makes the Comics Marvel publishes set in that type of environment possible. It's weird. I don't know much more than this. Also, when Colossus says "How brave and bold" is a reference to the comic named that. "The brave and the bold."

(No spoilers) Gambit's death Tarot card is a reference to his new position with Apocalypse. Apocalypse pics 4 horsemen (of the apocalypse) Death, War, Pestilence, and whatever the hell the other one is. gambit is Apocalypse's Death horsemen. The guy that Cable killed in Brazil was Apocalypse's War. He'll make another though.

“There always so much going on in this show.” Welcome to comic books babyyy 😅 Don’t worry about it! Theres so much lore out there and it differs from show to movie to show - This show is designed for you to just jump in and enjoy! All necessary information will be revealed - but even this show has already ran through decades worth of comics in just 2 seasons, so even the fans are kept on their toes Like I wouldn’t know that Exodus is a religion-themed mutant who gets more power the more people believe in him if i hadn’t watched a YouTube breakdown afterwards 😅 so it’s cool that they had him and Kurt fight each other, that’s an interesting dynamic Also, Grayden Creed being so angry bc he’s basically the mutant version of a Squibb from Harry Potter is kinda funny… the childhood abuse didn’t help of course

you didn't forget that Mystique is Nightcrawler's mother. The movies never touch on it. The OG X-Men animated series does lay this all out though. Bryan Singer and his writers stripped sooooo much of the drama and family stuff from the movies. Like Stryker isn't a government agent. He's an evangelical preacher in the comics. The movies are just different. So in the future if you ever think you forgot something, the movies probably just changed things or never even touched on it. Like here's a wild one for you... Mystique isn't really Nightcrawler's mother. She's his father. Another mutant named Destiny carried Nightcrawler to term and Mystique took the form of a man to impregnate her. For years and years AND YEARS they hinted at Azazel being the father. He's the red demonic mutant from X-Men First Class who has the same teleportation powers. But nope. Mystique just out here breaking gender norms. Also I looooved the touch of having Nightcrawler's priest collar as part of his uniform.

Stryker in the comics is so much worse. He's just a dick. Haha

You have seen Collosus in Deadpool 1, 2, and Deadpool and Wolverine. You've also seen Ilyana, aka Magik, in the somewhat lackluster New Mutants film years back.

Theres well over 100 xmen in the lore, youre doing just fine at remembering all the ones theyre throwing your way.

Yes Colossus was in Deadpool, no the movies never addressed that Mystique was Nightcrawler’s mother

Technically she’s actually his father, but I’m 99.99% sure they’re never going to address that in this show at all lol

Yes, that was Colossal from X-Men and Deadpool. The one from DP is more accurate to this except for being able to take off his armor at command. Honestly Nat you're doing great remembering stuff considering your memory challenged. You're killing it!

Happy Monday Nat. Hope you managed to catch up on your sleep over the weekend. It was good to see you on stream on Saturday 😊 Looking forward to all the shows this week and finally watching the Avatar movie on Friday. There's so many different X-Men characters between all the different mediums, I think you do a better job of recognising most of them than I do Nat haha. This was another cool episode today.

It was a good casting in my opinion. If the OGs weren't available. OGs would've been incredible.
