Thank you! so much for this. 58 data analyst, this movie is so relatable to my last 25 years prior to and up-through the lockdown and working from home. Actually, in the early 2000s had to special order red swinglines which were repeatedly stolen from my desk, prior to being mass produced. Customer Service? [my core] ever worked food service, the MOVIE "Waiting" is the best! might do well for your channel especially considering the bulk of us who have been here from the beginning when you started. Thanks again, Love your work. Seriously!!, Brings me joy to knowing that you can earn the living you enjoy doing what you do! Happy for you!
When I saw the edited version show up on YouTube I had to go hunt down the full version here! Don't know how I missed it, this is one of my all-time faves, and quote it more often than I would care to admit. I do think "efficiency experts" interviewed people back in the day, but in the 25+ years since then, they've gotten more slash-n-burn about it, especially when a place gets bought out by a firm that just wants to bleed a place dry and discard its business husk after.
In my head office space, severance, and backrooms are all the same universe 😅 also being older and having had a number of different bosses, luhmberg is a def a tool but he is also a surprisingly chill boss all things considered
GOOD TO C U NAT !! Hats off to Stephen Root as Milton Freakin Hilarious LOL
they didnt work at a bank, nat xD it was a software company. mike judge wouldve made a sequel and i think this is is only live action film directed film and said that the reason why no sequel and another live action film is because how this performed at the box office, but it had grown after in sales.
I hadn't watched this in a few years - it was so enjoyable to see it once again with such delightful commentary. I definitely look forward to you watching more cult comedies, Natalie.
Great film, still topical today. Still funny as hell, if a little aged. Maybe more so. Glad you liked it and hope you and everyone else is having a great Friday! Stay safe out there in this crazy heat wave!
It's also got Stephen "My stapler" Root who's amazing in everything he is in, but his performance in Widow's Bay is absolutely phenomenal! As is the show; cannot recommend it enough. Also this was the film that introduced me to Ron Livingston and made me a fan.
Show us your "Gold" face! Wait... you do every video... never mind.
Happy Feature Friday Nat. Haven't seen this movie before. Looking forward to seeing what all the hype about it was 😊
Would love to hear your thoughts on this DJL.
Hello Nat, what's happening? Umm, yeah, if you could go ahead and watch Widows bay ,that'd be great.(beside the joke even if is not for the channel, watch it ,you will love it, and great reaction as always!)
100% support the idea of watching Widow's Bay. Fantastic show, Stephen Root is amazing in it and Kate O'Flynn is the MVP of the show. One of the best shows not only of the year, but several mast years.
Oh GOD! LOVE this movie! Glad you watched it. Could've SWORN that Airplane! won hte poll, but you watched that too, anyways. This is one of those topics that just makes me feel GUILT, lol. I've been on disability retirement since the end of year 2009. It was REALLY STRANGE going to not going to work everyday anymore, but yeah... It's been a life I've felt lucky to have, lol. Oh dangit! I should've taken notes or something! There was something specific I wanted to bring up, but I can't remember what it was anymore. Oh well, thanks for the FUN, Nat! Have a great weekend! You too, chat!
"P.C. Load Letter? The fuck does that mean!?" I love this fucking movie 😂
A guy I worked with put up a 11x9 printed out poster of the Milton meme "Okay but...I'll set the building on fire." Management didn't think it was super funny, took it as an open threat and fired him. (nuclear power plant)
omg
