Friday. Yay... So what's up?
The usual, really. Renders are done, and the update was sent to testing. Should be able to do the builds tomorrow and uploading takes what it takes during summer. So yeah, I'll be writing the weekend as usual and start rendering 0.46.0 on Monday. And as I said, normal release cycle for this one once more. And thus, I won't spoil things so something else.
Been updating models again, I'll probably end up updating all the models I've used for Sorcerer at some point, and might end up remaking a few. I have the files, but... yeah some of them, like the rest of the Susan's squad, aren't exactly that well made since they only needed to appear in one image. Will I need the rest of them? Probably not, but if I do, they are there.
And then a bit more. I so need to find a new nightclub for the Gorgons. For some reason just can't get the lighting correct in this one, and it takes ages to start to render even though it isn't that heavy. There is actually a story behind this. Girl's night out. Sabrina isn't there. She had other stuff to do, to her annoyance. I know there are people who don't like Susan, partially because of her attitude and how she speaks. Those will never go away, well, except how she speaks. Some cussing is now toned down since she has had a kid (potentially) at least when he is around. She might be grass, but she is the first one to get up and defend those who she respects and cares. Even if she shows it poorly. I might actually show it in the game, though. Or I'll do the same thing as I did with ToaM, show a series of renders telling short stories... Something to consider about. But regardless of that. This was the event (or start of it) where Miyuki and Susan let's say befriended. Anyway, I'll do some stuff, take a break and write for a bit. You all have a great weekend!

Hello. Can someone please tell me the name of this game? It's not ToaM. I played Sorcerer, and I recognize Susan and everyone else in the picture. But I've never found a sequel to Sorcerer.
It is a "concept" images for Sorcerer 2 which comes after ToaM, basically it's me testing envionments and updated characters (aka fixing some errors on them, updating hair, clothing etc). Then I show them when I can't show images from ToaM, either due spoilers (mostly) or not suitable for public post.
Regarding the Gorgons club, while updating it, why not consider adding a back room for all beings from the magical world ? Additionally, it could be a good idea for gathering intels. And it would have a bit of a Star Wars Cantina vibe. With a group of sirens for music, not merfolks, those with feathers from Ulysses. Also, you mentioned combining the Gorgon side with the Fiery Fang side, an idea that I particularly welcome, especially since at the time, I didn't see any justification in the story for why we couldn't have both the fairies and the water spirit, Xiu, who we rescue once Iria is freed when we go to retrieve Miyuki. I know it's for practical reason, for who heals Alexander. In short, do you envisage a merger of these two paths from the first game in an update ? I don't know anything about how to make any VN, but I've just replayed the first Sorcerer, and for the most part, there's not much that needs to be changed for the two paths to work together. The Gorgons advise him in the management of the succubus and the werewolf, and Fiery Fang gives the address and a background to what we discover is, in fact, an incubus. The main concern, .In reworking it, is in the lair of the fallen angel, where it's really incompatible, and who wakes Alexander. I had a lot of fun with the Imp and the Sprite in the background. I quite like the idea that after his rescue by Maie in the final act, we see him watching over her child. Well, he's watching over Alexander, I supose, but I like to imagine that the Imp thinks of himself as the godfather of this child, or rather devilfather, her "satan" Claus.
Well that's what the basement is for >.> As for the potential merging the branches? It's easy, but it will take more than one update really. As for the Xiu and the Fairies... that's already accounted for as well. Well like 3 minutes ago if we are honest. And the Imp? Well... that remains to be seen how it goes >.>

Susan may have a lot of rough edges but that is what makes her Susan. Anyone who doesn't like her will just have to deal with it. She is one of the main characters that we love. Sorry had to vent. Thanks for the update.
Yeah, she isn't changing as is. Just toning down like all parents does, well most anyway. But it's still there waiting for the right moment to be unleashed... That and it is sort of amusing to see her to try to reign her cussing in for time to time.
