Progress 13.09.2024
Hello all!
This update feels cursed. But rendering is done as is most of the coding. There is still some stuff to do, but I should be handing it to the testing and proofreading later tonight. That's assuming nothing catastrophically breaks. I had issues with 6 sequences that I had to re-render that was an extra 70 renders I really didn't want to do on top of everything. But as said, it's done.
Writing is in an okay state, not great, but not in bad either. I should be able to sort the remaining pages over the weekend. Probably jinxed that as well.
This is me testing a feasibility of an idea mostly. That and couple effects I found that I didn't know I owned... Is the idea doable? Yes. Just need to do a bit research on how bug's like that would move as they only come with standing poses. Although fairly certain I've seen couple pose packs for that... Anyway. Short break and then tackling the final bits.

Hmm i think why not a fire blast like a laser ( carve like a turkey ) or a fire web 👍
Beam is easy, chopping up things not so much. Can be a bit hit and a miss with that. Latter... that's mostly asset issue. Not even sure is there a deforce web that isn't spiderweb.
just wondering and feel free not to answer if you dont want to but how many parts or chapters will this have 40ish like mass erect harem craft (TRS2)?
Honest answer? No idea at the moment. It all depends how long it takes to fit all the events I want/need to put in to the story. I have outline of what happens (or should happen) and what order, but until they are written I don't know do the events need 1 or 5 updates each to tell.
StarShip Trooper ? Mage Variant ? Not sure Nisha will like the taste of that. I love the 1st Movie. Fire, the solution to all of a mage's problems.
Well they say grasshoppers are tasty. Don't recall eating one so can't judge about that. That and lightning are good solution to problems. although mostly wanted to see how the embers (sparks) looks like >.>
That looks great and if you want to see animation watch Storm Ship Troopers. The bugs in that movie look similar to these. Thank You.
Aye. The artists do take inspiration from various things. It does look quite gorgeous bug over all. Just need to figure the posing out >.>
