Ted Lasso 4x07 FULL

Lizzie is in her own world, probably one where she's at a base by the North Pole dealing with dream crabs and being rescued by a grumpy scotsman in a blue box and Santa ;) It was a fun set-up with how so many characters were in a bad spot at the start with literal bird poop as a punchline, and I just keep relating to Roy more like when he suggests he doesn't have chairs so people didn't stick around. I'm still not entirely trusting of Zelda as she's shown an unpleasant side multiple times now, even if she helped out with exposing the agent. Sadly such dirty tricks by agents as a negotiating tactic are pretty true to life so it was fun to see this one thwarted. I'm not sure if the Newcastle approach really was false or their director was just trying to cover his tracks, as these days it's just accepted as common sense for a club to sound out the player first to see if they're interested in a move, even if it's still technically against the rules.

Juliette, in case the reference didn’t click, the “da bears” comment from Zelda was a nod to the linked SNL skit (they did a number of them). Of special note is that it often featured George Wendt (wearing #9 on the right) who you probably have been told before was Jason Sudeikis’ Uncle (who passed last year, RIP) and was shown in an episode of Ted Lasso in a framed photo at the kebab shop Roy loves. I won't be able to watch your video until tonight so I don't know if you talked about it, but did Beard's tan and VERY blue eyes throw you off in this episode?
