"Feels good to be doing good." I think Gunn means he'd rather be helping real folks on the ground, rescuing people one at a time rather than fighting these giant apocalyptic battles. Not to say that that isn't also good. And not to mention dealing with the internal squabbles within the group. Which is also part of how Gwen was able to coerce him into helping in the first place.
In the end, Gwen just wanted to not be a freak any longer. I love it.

Btw, the reason that the "Nokia ringtone" is sometimes heard in more formal occasions is that they (Nokia) took it from a piece that was composed by a classical guitarist in 1902. I wonder if the show chose that tune as a gag or just because it's a nice tune. I guess the former.
This season has a lot of detractors but I absolutely love it. Tied for my favorite season of the show.
