Update - 25/01/2021
Hello! So past week was a great one, with the arrival of the zines. I've already started shipping them, so hopefully they'll start popping around soon! Which reminds me, there are still some of you who haven't given me your shipping addresses! If you want a physical copy of the zine please make sure you send me your address ASAP.
For those of you on the Discord (which is most of you, but I know there are some who aren't there), I already announced what the Big Secret Project I've been working for a while now is: a deluxe edition of Warlock! For those unfamiliar with Warlock, it's kind of a retroclone of the Warhammer Fantasy RPG 1e and Fighting Fantasy. It's a really awesome game that captures that gritty, British vibe very well, and personally, it was the best game of 2020, so it's a privilege to be able to release it. So far it's only been available via DTRPG as a PoD, so the game deserves a proper release! This Black Edition will have all the content from the core book, plus the Kingdom expansion, plus some other content from the Compendium II, as well as tons of fixes, new art, and new layout. I can't wait to share it with you! My idea is to release it in the same format as Disciples of Bone & Shadow - Conquered Sun Edition.
Here are a couple of screenshots!
The layout is done, so we're just waiting on a few art pieces that we have left. I think this may be out sometime in late March/early April!
So now that my part is almost done, I have again time for other stuff. Yesterday I finally finished the Active Events for Disciples, this month's Patreon content, so I'll be uploading it this week. I'm just waiting on some art. I really think these are going to add tons of gameplay; they're like quest seeds that evolve over time and offer you different opportunities depending on when you discover them. I'm very happy with the results!
So this week I think I'll finally be able to fix the HP and damage values of the Seekers Beyond the Shroud cards (not a huge deal, but something I gotta do. Unfortunately, it means a lot of work, many hours going through the cards one by one, exporting them as single TIFF files, and then assembling the final file).
I've also already hinted at what my next more or less large project is, and it has to do with minis... I can't say more for now because it's in early stages, but it's very cool! So I'll be working on that, as well.
So that's it for this week, hope you guys have a great one!
