I feel like it’s stupid for me to put this here because why would he ever see it, but I just need to get this out of my head. Ben, I am on your side and so many hundreds of thousands of other people are on your side too. I do believe you’re 100% in the right as far as what happened so far. However, at this point, you really need to get a lawyer. And I don’t just mean for the civil case, I mean for the criminal case. I know it might seem like because you are the only person being charged criminally that what happens in the criminal case will not affect your friends and innocent people like the Mancels, but unfortunately, the system is what it is and it is SO corrupt, and everything you do on your own, not knowing the fullness of the law the way a lawyer would, is ultimately going to get you put in jail, and I believe that it is selfish to assume that that result would not affect the other parties in the civil case. I say it this way, and not focusing on you not having to go to jail because I know that you seem to care more about actual morality and injustice than about saving your own skin. My point here is that I believe your criminal case is not just your own skin on the line. I really think you need to think about the far reaching implications. Honestly, if you were to win this criminal case and mount a civil lawsuit successfully, you could actually do even more good in the world for people who have experienced similar injustices.

Get a lawyer for your criminal misdemeanors. All of your testimony will be under oath, everything shown by you and prosecutor will be public record. Even with truth on your side, you don't know how it will get spun. You don't know what to object to. I understand you might want to do a little fall on your sword bit to have more resources for your friends. You aren't worried about jail, or probation or whatever else. That's fine. But it will haunt you and everyone else later. BAM's lawyers can scrape through that trial and use everything in the worst possible light. A lawyer in your criminal case means they can't exploit errors you make defending yourself to help them in the civil case. They are over there drooling over the idea of you representing yourself and what goodies they will be able to get from it. Don't give them that.

Not that I am important or have connections, not tooting my own horn AT ALL..... But I do have friends and colleagues at high levels in certain companies through my work.... some of them super relevant-ish to the product in question. I have explained thoroughly to them that many fans do not understand the complete non-association of BAM and the company that makes the products they are based on. I explained that BAM and any affiliation is poison to that brand and that if I were in their shoes I wouldn't want to have any association, business deals, distribution pricing deals, ANYTHING to do with BAM anymore. you really should just push them to take it to court and pressure them to provide their "evidence" of you giving them threats. Since you already have the full video proof of all your interaction, the only way they can even try to charge you would be through falsifying evidence which would only incriminate them further. They are going to show up to court with nothing and they are going to lose they are using these fear tactics but it seems like it's all just a bluff to me. You cant be charged for threatening somebody just because they said you did it with zero evidence

It turns out if a Judge tells you no to post new videos or GoFundNe gets taken down and you don’t get the money Then the company takes it down you can get a lawyer to talk to the Judge to keep the Gofundme active until the court makes a decision when he hears both sides. That way there would be a court order to keep GoFundMe up. Ben will have to talk to his lawyer to see if he can do this because it’s not fair a judge telling you something and it gets taken down not by the judge but GoFundMe. So Ben get your lawyer to talk to the Judge about an order to keep GoFundMe up until a decision has been made at the court on both sides.

Ben, this is by far the biggest scandal and most obvious corruption, lying case that I have seen. And it's all over nothing ... like probably $100K worth of goods - but now this injustice has been exposed at so many levels. Take the time, sleep it off - part 3 will come out when it comes out. Don't worry about it. I would rather watch something polished rather than rushed. You are exposing so many things - I am surprised the FBI is not involved yet.

People keep saying Ben should sue or defend himself with lawyers, but the same people expect immediate content afterward. When requesting lawyers for Ben/etc, you must realize that active litigation will cause the entire topic to disappear on his channel for months or years. Ben probably will not be able to discuss publicly much now, for a number of reasons. However, Ben doesn’t really come across as someone who will be easily silenced. So, still looking forward to any possible content.

In all of the body cam footage/etc, it still seems unclear who called in a drug tip on your car. Is that known at this point? Support your effort 100%! None of you deserved to be arrested, so this is not your fault. But please, no more police interviews. Remain silent until you have a lawyer. The police asked questions for 45+ minutes until they could come up with something. They need your own input/admission to build a case against you. In the car/heroin situation they failed to find an offense/admission, but in the Gofundme situation they eventually came up with something (although it was BS).
