Have been watching a stream today where someone who know about law was looking though the Lawsuit filed by Corporate, including the names of BB and JJ as plaintiffs. She went over all 95 pages they admitted to the court and it's full of contradictions. Things like Naming BB as 'Interested' in taking over the Salem Store on line 40, basically denying he's from corporate; on line 41 BB is the 'Inventory Checker' from corporate; line 42 BB is Higer up in corporate. * I pulled the line numbers out of nowhere as I don't have the document in front of me ATM, but it consist of statements like this (on 1 line writing he's 'nothing' to corporate and the next line he is. This is just 1 contradiction I'm naming but the complete Filing is full with these kind of mistakes/contradictions. They even attached an excerpt from their "Franchise Agreement" where the part about consignment deals is omitted. We've all seen the Agreement from the Gorman's where it actually states consignment can be done, but they refute that in their filing. I can only suggest to carefully read the full Filing as 50% or more are provable lies and/or contradictions. As far as I've seen what they filed, they don't have any evidence of.
