He's also gone after a corrupt lawyer, and other people, who have abused copyright/systems to do lots of harm. I understand those cases are far different from yours, however he's shown time and time again he'd say fuck you to companies and people like that. Especially when the proof is there for you. He'd shed massive light to other demographics if he does.

I think you might not be fully comprehending the gravity of your situation. It's difficult to tell from the outside looking in at what is showmanship and what is real as far as how you handle things behind the scenes versus what we see you present. Having the lawsuit preemtively ready showed excellent foresight and planning. Yet, if you're actually in Mexico that shows you knowingly fled a warrant for your arrest. I realize this could just be a rug pull for the audience. However just in case, you should know the courts won't care if you were innocent and being prosecuted unjustly. They'll only care you fled a warrant, even if the original reason for the arrest turns out to be fraudulent. Police shop around for favorable judges, that's how you got a warrant without bail the second time. It's obvious that not everyone within the police and courts are okay to go along with what's happening (based on that one police officers audio alone). Yet you must understand that it only takes one corrupt pipeline to get you in hot water that'll take years to untangle (if you're not already there). I presume you've gone to higher authorities already, if not you should, and how much publicity this has received is beneficial to you. How you handled a lot of this was incredibly naive, and that can be chalked up to your youth, so I don't fault you on that. I noticed many people saying they're lawyers offering to help in the comments, that's always fake, lawyers can't solicit you that way. You need to reach out yourself to a law firm if you haven't already. Again, I would love to believe you already are smart enough to retain legal counsel everytime you enter into a new state to do something, however on the off chance you don't think that far ahead, you absolutely need legal representation, and I'm not entirely sure a lawyer can even help you if you're actively fleeing a warrant. As an officer of the court a lawyer has certain obligations to the court. This isn't tv and movies, the law is far more black and white, where as court proceedings aren't necessarily (this is how police can so easily be corrupt, if the paperwork makes sense, then everything goes through). This is not one of those situations where it'll just all shake out in the end. You will need to ensure you're working to resolve this through every opportunity. Being right isn't enough, unfortunately.

I've done like 30 seconds of research, so I am in no way sure of anything, but I am worried BaM could go for a bigger play and the victims could be the franchise owners. It's probably already been covered but I wanted to share some of what I've seen from other YouTubers covering the Lego story (watching everything while I wait for pt 3! Over here hitting the refresh button every 30 seconds 🤣) @tntbricksvids was pointing out in his video how Bricks and Minifigs seem to have a business model that defies the brick and mortar downfall despite the fact that they don't solve any real needs in the market. You can get everything you need, cheaper and in better conditions from the other major online stores etc. The majority of what they sell being pre picked through bulk and even fake Lego pieces at times. Almost like they are using whatever ruthless tactics they can get away with to acquire stock, then probably resell all the best stuff on eBay at the highest premium and mainly use the corporate franchise/Bricks and Mortar structure to perform this extractive operation on the public, and at the same time, hide behind. It made think of how long you stood outside the front of the store without anyone discovering you. If they have a slow day it doesn't matter because they are selling all the good shit online anyway. A lot of that is just what I am speculating but possibly worth investigating. @mgsbrick said they advertise offering 50% of market value so he took a box of his own Minifigs to x5 B&M locations and was offered anywhere from 10-18% of the total value. One of them even give the box back with the most expensive Minifig missing. When confronted the guy said "Oh yeah, whoops sorry about that. Here it is. But it's fake by the way, that one is fake". Very Dodgy. Can't wait to see how this all plays out, so satisfying seeing one of the good guys running circles around the bad guys! Amazing work Ben & Co.
