December 2022 Release: the Dwarfs Demonseekers!
Good evening guys! 👋🏻
Hope you are having a nice week. We have been working very hard the last few days to finish the latest hero dwarfs seekers miniatures for this upocming December 2022 Release: Sindri and Brokkr Demonseekers!
This time we follow the path of these two heroes through Demon's Hell, a mischievous land beneath the mountains full of horrors and desperation, where the Hell Demons dwell. 🔥😈
Designing our first demon miniature has been a real challenge! For this first demon we followed a classic approach portrayed in many fantasy illustrations and stories for adults and children, cultures or even religions, like the christianism.
We ended up with as a mischievous red horneted demon with pointy tail coming directly from Hell. Let us know in the comments below if you would love to see a fantasy demon army in Highlands Miniatures!
👉🏼 For Christmas we will also create a christmas themed miniature as a gift for all you as another way to thank you for the amazing year we have had in Highlands Miniatures. 🎅🏼
These miniatures come with two optional bases: a scenic base designed to fit in a 40x40mm square or round base and a small playable base designed to fit in a 20x20mm square or round base. These miniatures aren't modular.
Finally, in the preview images you can also see the Dwarf Deathseeker Musician and the Dwarf Deathseeker Bannerman coming for the Dwarf Deathseekers unit!
The December 2022 Release will be composed of:
5x Dwarf Deathseekers
2x Female Dwarf Deathseekers
1x Dwarf Deathseeker Musician
1x Dwarf Deathseeker Bannerman
1x Lofarr Trollseeker (male hero miniature)
1x Loni Trollseeker (female hero miniature)
1x Oinn Giantseeker (male hero miniature)
1x Regin Dragonseeker (male hero miniature)
1x Sindri Demonseeker (female hero miniature)
1x Brokkr Demonseeker (male hero miniature)
1x Christmas Event Miniature
And if we hit the 1750 Patreon Goal the second of December (2ndDecember):
4x Knights of Mergenheim
1x Knight of Mergenheim Captain
2x Mergenheim Horses
Beware, beware guys… the Deathseekers are upon us!

I'm also waiting for December downloads
Hi there! Our monthly set of miniatures are always available to download around the middle of the month -sometines a bit early- because they are profesionally presupported by Atlas 3DSS and fully printed and tested by Highlands Miniatures.
Is the december release files out for download yet? I have not seen the download. So I am making sure I am not blind lol
Hi there! Our monthly set of miniatures are always available to download around the middle of the month -sometines a bit early- because they are profesionally presupported by Atlas 3DSS and fully printed and tested by Highlands Miniatures. So.. they will be available very soon!
Any chance of getting head styles with metal spikes in place of the mohawk?
Been waiting for some good dwarven "deathseekers" and had my eyes on the Sons of Ymnir specifically for that purpose. So happy with these, can't wait to get my hands on the files!
Glad you like them Christian! We've done our best with these miniatures!
Espectaculares!
Me alegro que te gusten!!
Great looking slayers! Maybe a clenched fist for Brokkr in the version w/o the Demon on the base? Small quibble, looks like he's meant to be holding something that isn't there. ;p
haha Thank you Nathan! You guys have a very mischievous mind... it is a power hand! That hand will be modular so you will be able to use any other alternative hand available for the Sons of Ymir :)
Your dwarf release has been 10/10 so far, I’m loving everything… except… with these awesome female slayers, it would be nice to also have a queen or princess mini, so if you’re looking for another character idea… there you go :)
Glad you like them Lucian and thank you for the suggestion! It is in our plans to create a full set of female dwarfs miniatures to mix with the current dwarf warriors, and to create a heavy female dwarfs unit as a special unit!
I like the dwarf, but the demon could use some extra love and attention in my opinion. It is super fine for this model, because the focus should be the dwarf. If demons ever come... please make the daemonettes like the 6th edition metal ones 🙏
Thank for your feedback Joost! Indeed, this demon is just a low level hell demon to "decorate" and bring some "lore" to this Dwarf Demonseeker miniature, but if we eventually decide to create a fantasy demon army -in the looong future- we will see many different demons and more detailed!
Yes sir! Yes yes yes!!
glad you like them!!
I quite like how that demon could be equally used for Khorne, Slaanesh, or D&D depending on paintjob and basing. Also, intentional Doomslayer reference?
Thank you Thannak, glad you like them! This is just our first idea about how some of our demons could look like, but if they come to Highlands Miniatures in the future, we will iterate it a bit more for sure!
I can't answer whether I want you to do a demon army until I see some of it...If you show concept art I'd know better how to answer.
Oh these are freaking amazing!!! I love them. This December release is incredible. Who knew one could make an entire release about Slayers this diverse and interesting?!?
Thank you very much Karsten! With these two dwarf hero miniatures and the musician and bannerman for the main unit we can finally say that the seekers realase is finished! Now we are working hard on the new fantasy race that we will preview this next 5th of December.. very soon!
Vaya BRUTALIDAD!!!!!!!
Nos alegra que te gusten Alberto!!!
