1750 Patreon Goal: Knights of Mergenheim!

Hope you are having a great week.
We have been a bit quiet the last couple of days because we have been working hard on a few different things that will come to Highlands Miniatures -we can't talk about some of them yet- very soon.
But today we can finally show you one of these "things", the highly expected 1750 Patreon Goal miniatures, the Knights of Mergenheim from our Sunland range of miniatures! 🌞
The Patreon Goal will be composed of four (4) Knights of Mergenheim and one (1) Captain Knight of Mergenheim. It also includes two (2) battle horses. You will be able also to create a bannerman and a musician for this unit.
It took us more time than expected to create these miniatures as we have continued with the update of the human race to match our current sculpting style and quality. The main change -aside from the overall proportion and size of the human body- is the size of the hands, a bit bigger than before to match the relative proportion with the head and to be able to create bigger and thicker weapons -a common issue in the past with some miniatures-.
We are anxious to keep working on the update of our Sunland range of miniatures through the Patreon Goals. Now let's hit the next one!
👉🏼 When will we unlock the 1750 Patreon Goal?
If by the second day of December (2nd of December) we are 1750 patrons or more in Highlands Miniatures, the files will be added to the December 2022 Release in the Google Drive Archive and later shared through MMF.
Tomorrow the November 2022 Release will be available for download. Are you ready to print some awesome dwarfs?!

Any chance that we could have some suitably wild and bearded, hammer-weilding infantry to accompany them? A guard teutogen if you will...

Those are amazing and just what I was looking for to join a new fledgling Empire army! I always did like the Knights of the White Wolf.

If possible, take a look at the welcome pack, humans have the same problem with hands and weapons. It happened to me with the swordsman for example
just give them a +1 speed bonus :)
Those are good. If anyone's interested, another great company has produced STL files for this style of knight, on foot and on horse. I just won't name the company here because I don't want to seem like I'm detracting from Highlands Miniatures, which I think are great!
Will they have helmet option?
Hi Matt! No, due to the design of the miniatures the head aren't modular, so you won't be able to put a helmeted head on these miniatures.
These are great! Thank you. Lots of support for the Transylvania line, support for the Sunland line. Don’t forget the Medieval Kingdom line! Gallia is what got me hooked on your minis, would love to see more for that line as well. Oh! And those cool modular movement trays you do for every army you create!

Nice miniatures but to be honest (the legs of) the horses are not looking like war drilled horses / horses that would be used for heavy cavalary - looks like a modern ssport breed and not a hardy nordic horse breeding maybe the legs could be at least a little bit stronger ;-) .
Too many horse racing lately? Maybe, who knows 👀
