Drawn to Her
I'm not actually going to work on this project, at least not at this time, but I did want to showcase an updated concept art to showcase the stark contrast between the Animated World and the Real World.
Taellosse brought up a good idea. We'd absolutely see the figures change as they stepped into each other's world with the animated girl becoming real in the real world and the MC becoming animated in the animated world. So we would get very different perspectives and tones as they moved back and forth.
I also updated the model of the Animated Girl to be more colorful and vibrant. She turned out exceptional. Without showcasing her personality, she's just a cute figure though.
Just thought you guys might enjoy this Concept Art. Hope you all have a wonderful rest of your week!

Well, I'm looking forward to when you start it, but I think you've got enough on your plate right now.
I agree. I'm just toying with the idea. But keep in mind, I do tend to finish my projects. Got four completed VNs under my belt. So no worries, I'm going to complete TJG.
Looks good, it reminds me of Roger Rabbit and some other old cartoons that did stuff like that.
I’m really sad to hear this, I really thought this was an inspired idea. In fact, the idea is so good I wouldn’t be surprised to see someone else pick it up and run with it, nothing quite like it has been done.
I'll continue playing with the story here and there. I'm not ready to commit to another project right now though. I've had some exceptional ideas for the story though. It certainly does have potential.
Looks really cool
I'm getting Dallas vibes (that's a good thing - I love Dallas's personality!). I always felt with both Avalon and Dallas they felt like cartoons / toys compared to Byron's bulk. Still think Sun Mei didn't get a fair shake (pun intended). I really like the concept of stepping between 2 worlds! Thanks to CoasterJunkie I can already hear Kathleen Turner's husky Jessica Rabbit saying "I'm not bad Mr Valiant - I'm just drawn that way!"
I personally am a big fan of your current project (TJG). The girls look amazing. I see myself enjoying your games most with this style.
Hmmm I know some mentioned Roger Rabbit, but I'm thinking Cool World vibes. Def an interesting concept!
The idea of inter-dimensional AVNs is nothing new, but the issue I always had was that the styles between the worlds only changed slightly and potentially caused confusion when the travel isn't clearly transitioned. The idea of a "Toon Town" where everything drastically changes is an absolutely phenomenal concept! This opens all kinds of possible avenues with story lines, characters and spinoffs. I am 100% on board if this comes to fruition. It's the best of both worlds!
I like that style of art. I hope that one day decide to do a project using it.
