There is still one things that might be useful when creating an aspiration. We have right now so many packs for Sims 4. Sometimes we might want to mix the objectives in our aspiration, creating some objectives for Horse Ranch, some other for Island Living. So how to make it and still keep the base game compatibility?

Each file has a Group number associating it with a certain pack. If you don't have this pack, the game will ignore these files. Well, there are some exceptions where it might generate an error, but in Objectives aspect - this works 100%

And so, 0000001E is for Eco Lifestyle, 0000001C is for Island Living, 0000001D is for Discover University etc.

Base game is simply 00000000.

You need to also change that in SimData:
