REALIZER

Here is the new plug-in "REALIZER"!

It's "transient based random value generator" for parameters.

Great for static synths, samples, one-shot or multi-layered drums, fake doubled vocals and even recreate broken cassette player! It's not limited. Your imagination is the only limit!

It has 5 randomized parameter. Gain, Transient, HPF, LPF and Pitch. Volume is standart output volum control. Not randomization.

Simply, each parameter has its own range but not static. Always, triggered with random values by transients.

You can use each knob to set parameter "intensity". So, you will be able to keep random values between "unknown" range.

For example, if you set gain knob to %20, you will get unknown but narrow range. Same for others.

Hope you like!

FEATURES

- 5 randomized parameters triggered by transient

- Gain, Transient, HPF, LPF and Pitch

- Each knob will set range for parameters. Narrow to wide.

- Volume knob is simple output knob

- Touchscreen support

- Resizable interface. Simple "Bottom Right Corner Handle" to resize. 50% to 200%.

*Resizing Tip: When you duplicate plug-in, it will remember current state of GUI size. But if you load new instance, it will be opened at default size. To get rid of this issue, simply follow these steps;

1. Open plug-in for the first time

2. Resize GUI according to your screen resolution or you liking before setting any knobs

3. Save this state as default preset with your DAW

Now, you will be able to load new instances with same size.

(If you want to go default size, simply double click to resize handle.)

AVAILABLE FORMATS

VST3 / AU / AAX Native - Audiosuite | Mac 10.11 - 13.X (Requires a graphics card that supports "Metal")

VST3 / AAX Native - Audiosuite | Windows 10 - 11

When’s this gonna be updated?

Here's another person waiting for you to publish it again. While I'm at it, I’d also like to mention that there are several plugins not included in the organized lists on your official website (https://analogobsession.com/). I had to go through the loose ones one by one to figure out where to place them within my own folder structure, so it would be great if you could review this and assign each one to its proper category—or perhaps even create a new list. Otherwise, your plugins are fantastic.

Me too. My mac won't allow me to switch from Security & Privacy>General>Allow apps downloaded from:>App Store and identified developers over to just App store. That's my problem. But this has never been a problem when installing other AO plugins. If this continues to be a feature, I guess I can't use AO any more. :(

I've been digging this on guitar solos....

I tested the plug-in briefly and it sounds promissing. Thanks! However, a commenter posted here: https://plugins4free.com/plugin/3908/ that multiple instances of the plug-in do not behave correctly in terms of randomization. Is this true? Can something be done about it? Having the ability to have multiple instances running on multiple tracks and having them all randomize truly is very important. Thank you for looking into this. Keep up the good work!

Here is how to easily test this (in Reaper): - put a snare sampler on track 1, set track width to 0% (to make it mono) and pan the track hard left. - now duplicate this track to become track 2 and pan it hard right. - now add REALIZER to each track and set the randomization amount. - now listen to stereo image or monitor with any Goniometer on master

Bummer the last 2 releases crash my system. Although I don’t place blame as my system is pretty old, but is there a particular reason this may be happening with the last 2 releases? I’m running on MacOS High Sierra v 10.13.6

Sorry to hear. I guess your system doesn’t support Metal. Apple forces developers to use Metal to support wide range of new machines. So, I have to drop old system support. Sorry.

Hi, Please, try this. In System Preferences, click Security & Privacy, then click General. Click the lock and enter your password to make changes. Select App Store under the header “Allow apps downloaded from.”

Make sure that your system supports Metal. Thanks

I love this idea. But when I look at this in PluginDoctor, gain is fluctuating whether the knob is turned up or not. Also, low- and high-pass filters are active and quite severe, the low passing reaching down to around 10k. This is a useful lo-fi tool, but I wish it was more versatile or had a much more subtle version, where filters could be bypassed completely. Beautiful interface!

Was intrigued by this - but this crashes on High Sierra.

Man, does this look like a fun plugin! I love the interface, really something new and playful. I bet this will be useful in some specific mixing or production situations. I would've liked to see a sidechain feature though so that other sounds can trigger parameter randomizations too instead of just the input.
