Agitated, Crazy & Covered In Blood - "Irish" Tommy Eaglin - Part 3
This week, we finish up our crazy tale, after Tommy has been sentenced to death. Hi murder accomplices also get their sentences, and we hear about the horrible life that created those murderers. Tommy tries to get his death penalty thrown out, based on what he claims is a lawyer, who doesn't "believe in" bipolar disorder & didn't want to even try to present his case & save his life. Will his horrific childhood, & constant head trauma make a difference???
Go off your meds, causing you to question reality, hire a lawyer who doesn't think bipolar disorder actually exists, and still keep your title for "Worst Childhood Ever" with Tommy Eaglin - Part 3!!
Check us out, every Tuesday!

This case changed my mind in favor of the death penalty. Not for the perp but for his attorney.
Florida sucks. ACAB. This is crazy. Also, James, you wanting fairness for everyone is called "you're a functional adult, with a working brain and empathy, that lives in a society and knows it needs structure." It's objectively the correct way to be.
James i love your rants and I'm right there with you 😂
Ohh man, if you’re doing the Donner Party James or anyone - I can’t recommend “The Indifferent Stars Above” great book about it
R.I.P Dolly. Sending big hugs Jimmie 🫂
Noooooo Jimmie i’m so sorry for your loss. Dolly was a beautiful, precious lady and she knows how much you loved her 🫶🏼
Jimmy, I’m sorry for your loss. RIP Dolly, the world has lost some of its light this day. My thoughts and prayers to her family, Jimmy, and her many fans around the world.
"Don't isolate that." 🤣🤣🤣
Could have had time for the updates if James didn't spend a half hour speaking legalese to the 5 people who want to hear that stuff.
Speaking of getting knocked out all the time…anyone know how Ed McCaffrey is doing these days?
Who was that Jets WR that was always getting blasted?
Every time I hear “Tommy Eaglin” I think of “Tommy Eagan” from the show “Power”
I know that James has mentioned in the past, and I’m paraphrasing, that, “People love the legalese, buried in these court documents” You people really out there?! Haha..I feel like Jimmie dies a little inside, towards the end of these eps! I still listen / still love ya :)
Yes, we are really out here.
Wow, guys. Good thing you have so much education about fibromyalgia. Now I know that the burning skin, constant aching muscles, and joints inability to function, level 8 pain throughout my entire fucking body 24 hours per day that has taken EVERYTHING away from me is all in my fucking head.
wut?
Great episode! You both mentioned that every student could benefit from therapy, and I couldn’t agree more. In my master’s program, I wrote a research paper comparing the cost of juvenile incarceration and recidivism with the cost of therapy. At the time, Indiana spent roughly $249 a day to incarcerate one youth. A year of biweekly therapy at $80 a session was about $2,080. The cost of incarcerating one child for a year could provide a year of therapy to roughly 44 kids. I remember doing that research and thinking, what the fuck are we doing? We will spend an astronomical amount of money once a kid is in the system, but somehow providing therapy before they get there feels too expensive. We are so damn good at being reactionary when we could just try being preventative.
