Charlotte Correctional is 6.5 miles from my house. It's one of the most dangerous/violent prisons in the state. I remember when this happened. It was a HUGE deal... It was really fucked up. People still talk about it .

ccs is the worst privately owned prison in America that's not just my opinion check out the ones they have in.. everywhere under staffed, under paid, corruption, abuse, police attached in inmates but they fix it all in house to keep it under wraps! TN and Ga prisons run by this company are deplorable!

I always thought it was a translation issue in so far as the commandment not to “kill”. It only made sense to me that “murder” be the intent. Kill is general. Murder is specific from one human being to another. You have to “kill” animals to sacrifice them for example. Not that the Bible isn’t hypocritical, but that has always struck me as a translation failure. I always mentally substitute murder for kill. Js
